Excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish.

The ordering process was clear and straightforward, and communication about delivery was good.

Most importantly, the delivery driver, Niall was extremely helpful and polite. He didn’t just drop the items at the curb, but kindly helped carry everything into my garden, which I really appreciated.

Overall, a very positive experience with Project Timber. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Not recommended AT ALL!

I have had my shed for nearly 10 months. I've contacted Project Timber regarding my issues with the shed I bought from them but, they can't be bothered to reply. All I can do is to try and help others with my experience. The issue is the quality of the shed itself. It leaks like a sieve! When it rains, water gets through the doors too easily. Water also gets in through the panel joins covered by the very thin and insubstantial strips of wood supplied to cover the joins. Water gets in where the roofing felt is nailed too. The panels are far from precision made either. For around £850, I really do expect better. The perspex fit the windows is wafer thin to. What else can I say other than to say don't do what I did and keep anything in there that could perish or will rust. My tools are rusty and anything not made of metal, is wet. I looked at buying a metal shed but bought this for ascetics but, it is a rubbish product at, I think, a high cost.
