Excellent service and communication quick delivery.

Products good and will use again. However, as we ordered on a Friday delivery was attempted on Saturday, Sunday and then finally Monday as our offices are closed at the weekend. Because Amazon was used for delivery and the order was split into 3 consignments, we got over 21 emails and 24 missed phone calls over the delivery period.

Amazing results after just one application of Pro Kleen ultimate Black Spot remover. Would highly recommend. Pity I can't post a picture to show the results, Have ordered another 4 5ltr packs

Every now and again as you go through life you find the best customer service. I ordered an item online, it arrived and seemed fine. A small issue with a seal. I email customer services and the next morning they are onto it. Pictures sent, no solution, they are on to that again and by early afternoon are sending a replacement.

Top marks here. I'll use Pro-Kleen again for sure.

Having read all the reviews we decided to take the plunge and buy it. We must be very unlucky, as it didn’t work. Although reading the back of the container and some reviews it says it fizzes on application. Ours did not really fizz ☹ We did jet wash the paving clean a few days before. As a patio cleaner I would give it 5 stars, it really has cleaned the patio and bought a lot of the stone colour back to its former glory. But as I bought Pro-Kleen Ultimate Black Spot Destroyer, I am sadly disappointed.

Purchased Pro Kleen Ultimate Black Spot Destroyer for Indian sandstone patio after confirming with the company that it’s safe to use on Indian sandstone. I tested it first no problems so did the rest following the instructions to the letter but now there are blotchy white bleached areas on numerous slabs, which has ruined my expensive patio. I would not recommend this product it’s dangerous and too harsh for Indian sandstone.

I was impressed by the fact that the machine was advertised as having a textile hose but instead found it had a hard plastic one which instantly coils and tangles on release from the drum, also it was advertised as having a two year warranty when in fact it only has one

This cleaner is great for our toilet that works by macerator. It is safe for our unit, and works well. We will re-order as required.

It Cleaned Just As Or Better Than The Vax Liquid Which Is Much Dearer Than Pro-kleen Leaving A Nice Fresh Smell.
