Bought their waterless wash wax with carnuba wax and I have to say that it's fantastic , easy to use and what a finish. I totally recommend this product without any hesitation.

still haven't received my goods, normally when I shop with Pro-Kleen i get my goods with two days.

Purchased a Foam Lance some time ago, and unfortunately the lid split. It was well over a year old, but with little use. I messaged this company enquiring if I could purchase a new lid, because the cause of the split could well have been over-tightening ?
I explained all of this, but they were having none of it, insisting they provide a free replacement. I was slightly taken aback, explaining that I was quite prepared to purchase the replacement lid.
NOT AT ALL, a FULL replacement product has just been delivered by DHL, at absolutely no cost to me !
I have never experienced this level of customer service before, this is truly off the scale of customer service.

Although my patio slabs only had a few 'black spots', they were discoloured with what appeared to be dirt which wouldn't wash off. After spraying on Pro-Kleen Black Spot Remover, and rinsing off after less than 2 hours (I'm very impatient!) they came up like new! I did have to re-do a few of the worst patches, but I'm very pleased with the result. Have already recommended to a friend.

The Ultimate Black Spot Destroyer was a total waste of money!! Just used it with no effect whatsoever on the patio. Also, it doesn't cover the area stated Followed the instructions to the letter and four hours later the patio was no different. However, the company itself are being very proactive in trying to help resolve the situation.

Have just used the Pro-Kleen Ultimate Black Spot Destroyer on my Indian Sandstone patio. After 7 years the lichen had certainty plenty of black spots across the stones.
Fantastic product, easy to apply using a pump up sprayer. As soon as it's applied you can see the fizzing action as it gets to work. A couple of spots I used a scrubbing brush to activate the solution. Left it a couple of hours and jet washed off to reveal a spotless patio that's been brought back to life.
Now looking for a "wet look" sealer to prolong the clean surface!

100% works. Tried a small area and could not believe in 15 mins the black spots on our block paved drive had just disappeared. Saves standing there with a jet washer blasting every single black spot one at a time.
I left it overnight the first time when I did a small test area, before rinsing off with a hosepipe and stiff brush. When I did the main 60sq meter area I left it approx 3 hours.
The driveway does actually look near enough brand new in fairness.
