Great company, great product, super fast shipping. What else can I say? This was my second order through pro lighting. The customer service isa prompt and helpful and the lamps for my barn came very quickly and were well packaged both times. And the price was excellent!

Brad at Pro Lighting was knowledgable and helpful. Ordering and shipment were efficient. Shipping cost seemed a bit high. The only problem I had was that the lights had no instructions with them. I even called the manufacturer and they had no instructions available. This made my life a little more difficult.

In my new home construction I needed 14 recessed lights. Because of space restrictions I had to go with 4 in cans and chose Juno's remodel version. Can quality was fine and price was reasonable however a year later when I finally started trimming out the electrical I was shocked to find the trim rings were about double the price of the can! Now stuck having to pay 4 times what I expected for rings I found Pro Lighting had about the best price on the rings and they took PayPal. Upon receipt I noticed 10 of the 14 had defects in the bezel finish. Pro lighting offered to take them back, ship out 10 replacements and handle shipping both ways. While not happy with Juno's over priced poor quality trim rings, I was very pleased with Pro Lighting's timely service and support!

I order components for maintenance and repair of HPS street lighting in my subdivision. Site has a good selection of the parts I need, the price is good compared to local dealers and the shipping is prompt and arrives in good condition. A discount is usually offered on future orders.

Very happy with the made in the USA fixtures, the bulbs are were I ran into problems. I purchased 8 T8 18watt fixtures, put up the first fixture plugged it in an blew a 20 amp breaker. I had to go through and ohm out all the bulbs and found 12 bad bulbs. Gary worked with me and sent out replacement bulbs which 1 out of the 12 worked. I took pictures of the bad bulbs and one of the working bulbs sent to Gary, he also noticed that my working bulb was 15 watt not 18 watt. He sent out all new 18 watt bulbs and labels to send back the bad bulbs. When I put the bulbs in I noticed that I had a 15 watt bulb again, now I have 3 1/2 18 watt fixture and 3 1/2 15 watt fixtures. Gary was great to work with but getting the correct bulbs sent out to the customer seems to be an issue. Still waiting for 2 exterior dust to dawn lights to complete my project. I would still buy additional products from Pro Lighting, once the dust setted, the fixtures are good quality and they work.

Pro-lighting met all my expectations, their customer service was world class. I received my package and it was very nicely shipped, making sure the contents would not be damaged during transit. I would for sure use them again and recommend to family and friends.

A bit pricy maybe, to turn on laundry room lights, but it works great and it's worth it to us.

These lights were single strip LED and I installed 6 of them in a 50'x60' shop. I had concern on the light reaching the floor as they are mounted about 19' above the floor. Charts on the spec sheet are not very clear but I was plesased with the end result. I would recommend Prolighting for your lighting needs.

Not a regular customer but when I have custom lighting needs for my 25 yr old sport fishing boat I can always count on Pro Lighting to find what I need.Guys at the counter are there to serve you with a smile. After ordering extra latches that had to be special ordered for a 1000 watt metal halid light that is mounted in my tower, the guys called me with a estimated delivery time and another call when they came in. I did not have to call them or ask them the details. No muss ,no fuss it is always the same. Good job guys I will be back ....as always
