I was a bit concerned with ordering online, through a company I'd not used before, that it might be a bit of a box shifter scenario, but I couldn't have been more wrong. From receipt of order, through bike-build and despatch, the Prologue team have been in contact to ensure everything went smoothly and the bike was set up perfectly for me.

They asked for my data to set the bike up to my exact fit and suggested a couple of improvements to make while the bike was in build, which were really worthwhile. I absolutely got the sense that they want their customers to get the best from their purchase with them.

Ben and the team have been extremely communicative, friendly and professional throughout. The bike itself is a thing of beauty and it arrived carefully packaged, on time and in absolutely pristine condition.

For an online retailer Prologue genuinely provide a brilliant experience and exceptional customer service - the likes of which I was wholly not expecting.

I bought the last avaialble size56 saphire-ice Cervelo S5 (in UK) from Prologue and I decided to pick up the bike instead of having it posted out. Traveled to Harrogate from down south and I have to say it was all worth it. The staff were friendly and the bike shop itself was amazing with plenty of top notch bikes on display, better than some of the big name shops in my area! the cafe was also amazing. Then John brought the bike from the workshop to the showroom which felt like a VIP ambience to get acquainted with your new pride and joy, it was clear that these guys know and love what they are doing. The experience of getting a new bike is always a great feeling, for me  actually picking it up from a reputable bike shop was next level icing on the cake!. Didn't know about the parking permission disk, but happily took the ticket I got for parking near the shop.
My better half is planning on upgrading her bike, will strongly consider coming back to Prologue again, no parking ticket next time though!

Ordered my Enigma frameset via Prologue late last year. I could have ordered direct from Enigma but as I was building the bike myself I wanted someone local for advice if necessary. Prologue have provided an excellent service - even returning the frame to Enigma when they spotted an issue before I picked it up. They've been on the end of the phone for help when I needed it and I'm pleased that I made my purchase via them.

Excellent service sourcing my new bike despite scarcity and long lead times. Bent over backwards to get it to me in time for my trip. (Very grateful to the workshop team for getting it through the system so quickly, too.)

Brilliant 30 mins session with Bobbin who identified and corrected an incorrect seat post height and cleat position as the sources for recent riding discomfort. They were only out by a few millimetres, but the correction will make a massive difference.
I’d highly recommend this service!

This is a bike shop where you go to get things done right. Fantastic service, great products available but most importantly to me is the knowledge and passion about the products they sell and about cycling in general. Jacob- thanks for your help in getting my new ride sorted, it’s awesome.

Excellent all round service from Prologue Cycling during the purchase of my 3T Exploro Racemax.
Comunication was fantastic via email originally and the service when I dropped in to the shop to have a look at the bike in person was great. I can tell that all the people I spoke to were passionate about what they do and I recieved great advice.
I don't live local to the shop so had the bike shipped over to me - this again was faultless and arrived packed well and was on time even though it was during the festive period.
Bike setup was perfect on arrival and I've had no reason to test their aftersales service but cant imagine it would be anything other than brilliant if I did.
I spoke to Chris and Jacob via email but don't remember the name of the person I spoke to in the shop - sorry.
