I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with PromGirl. I ordered two dresses, both of which were marked as non-returnable. When they arrived, one looked nothing like the picture, and the other had a hole in it. To make matters worse, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I requested a replacement and provided all the necessary pictures, but they refused to send a replacement until they received the return. I explained that I needed the dress for an upcoming event and asked for a return label so I could send it back promptly. They informed me they didn't have a return label and would notify me when they did. To top it off, they suggested I pay for a new dress and cover shipping costs, despite the issues with my order. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will definitely not be buying from PromGirl again. Terrible service and quality!

I requested a return on the dress I ordered due to the fact that I received it after the event was over. I asked that someone contact me to discuss returning the dress. No one contacted me. I basically spent $200 on a dress that she will never wear. It doesn't even fit her. Please contact me.

Nice dress
My dress was beautiful. The fabric was heavy duty and looked high end. The only complaint I have is the glitter on the dress is not part of the fabric and it wipes off on everything. It was all over my chest and hands.

i had a problem with my order but customer service was quick to reply and helped me solve my issue before my event! i also had bought a dress previously from a different website and the quality was just terrible, so receiving a dress from Promgirl was a breath of fresh air. the quality is incredible its perfect for a formal event. in the future i’ll be ordering all my dresses from here.

Dress arrived quickly but it was bent…
Dress arrived quickly but it was bent (had shaping materials in it) which made it fit strangely. But I only need it for one event and they’re only offer store credit for returns so I’m just rolling with it. Not super happy with the fit but it’s a beautiful color and quality is good.

Last year (2024), I had such a wonderful experience with PromGirl that I returned this year to purchase another HOCO dress for my daughter. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete disaster. I used the size chart to purchase the dress and paid extra expedited shipping even though we were ahead of schedule with more than a month before the dance. I received the dress, it was so huge on my daughter. I re-ordered a smaller size and paid for expedited shipping again. The smaller size was still way too big. We decided to pivot and purchased the same dress as last year but in a different color because we knew it would be a perfect fit. I placed the order, again, paying for expedited shipping. In the meantime, I reached out to customer service asking for help to offset the cost of expedited shipping, knowing that I was already out money for all of the dresses because PromGirl doesn’t do refunds, only credits. I was hoping that the company would extend some help given the situation. Instead, I received a ridiculous email response that was completely unrelated and felt like it was from an offshore third party company. Then, 2 days later I received another email that the dress was out of stock. I checked the website and it was still listed as available. I could not have been more aggravated at the situation, poor customer service, and the horrible refund/return/credit policy. Due to all of this, I will no longer use PromGirl and have been sure to pass my horrible experience along to the other moms. I DO NOT recommend PromGirl!

I have purchase a few dresses from prom…
I have purchase a few dresses from prom girl but the last 2 dresses I received they were shipped in a bag and at least put the plastic on the dress but not even that. They need to take better care of the dresses one of the I had to take to get repaired due to the bag getting pierced.
