I ordered a dress February 13th 2026. It still not shipped. I have called, chatted and emailed to get an update on when it would ship. I get the same answer it will ship by March 27th. We need the dress by April 11th. No one seems to know anything else. So I can’t say anything about the quality of the product. I would NOT recommend this website

Ordered dress for my daughter
Ordered dress for my daughter. The sizes were true to size and the dress arrived on time, within two weeks. The delivery was tracked which made the whole process easier.
The dress we ordered was exactly the same dress she tried on in a shop in Cannock for £400, without any of the alterations costs. This dress cost us £228 with tax and delivery and I know it was the same dress as the alterations I need to do are the same! This was definitely worth it. For parents on a budget use the size guide and take the measurements. If you have a friend who is a taylor ask for help. This website will really cut down some cost… now all I need to worry about is her sweet sixteen party, with prom out the way!

I ordered this dress on 1/19/2026 and it came maybe 5 days later. It arrived very quickly. The dress was made of great quality the material on the dress is very heavy due to all the jewels/ bead work. I wore it for a mardi gras ball and received a ton of compliments. Prom girl make some the best gowns for any occasion. I also wanted to note that I purchased a gown from them last year and my dress was gorgeous and arrived in a very short time. Which is why I chose them again this year.
If you are looking for quality over quantity then Promgirl would be the way to go. Their dresses are of great quality and they are reasonably priced. Also, theres always a sale going on. The dress I ordered was originally priced at $1049.00. I got it on sale for $366.00 it was such a great deal. It's a final sale with no returns or exchanges but know your size before you order.
I highly recommend Promgirl, you will not be disappointed. ❤️❤️
