Very nice violin case and nice design. Bought 2 violin cases over the past 18 months for 2 daughters. The most recent one was damaged in transit - I sent them and email and they sent replacement immediately and arranged courier to pick up the damaged one free of charge. Excellent and personal customer service.

Really user friendly website, fast delivery, exactly what i wanted. The violin case is a great colour with lots of useful compartments, was amazed at the quality for the price I paid. Great company, would recommend without hesitation.

I bought a violin case from Promusicbags last year and I'm really pleased with it. The case is strong and sturdy with nice lining and fits around my violin well, and it's easy to carry with the long shoulder straps or the handle on the side. I also like the 2 pockets with elastic on the lids so they pop back into place. Really good quality case and good value for money, I would recommend Promusicbags to anyone shopping for an instrument case.

I ordered a violin case which arrived promptly, however one of the zips came off the first time it was used. I emailed Pro Music Bags to tell them, and without any questions they put a replacement case in the post immediately. Great customer service!

This is a fantastic robust case with the advantage of being able to fit the shoulder pad (not all hard cases can accommodate this). My daughter loves it and travels everywhere with her instrument.

I bought a violin case for my music-student daughter. I haven't actually seen it, as it went direct to her, but she loves the colour, and how little it weighs. Perfect for someone who plays their instrument frequently, and has to carry it around a lot.

I bought the case to replace my existing one which had seen better days. It looks smart, is a good colour (red ) and is lightweight. The inside has plenty of pockets for the usual stuff including two bows and my shoulder rest. The outer zip pocket takes a decent amount of sheet music or books. Only slight quibble I have is that the handles could do with a bit more padding.

My daughter loves the case colour is great, no chance of getting it muddled up with anyone else thank you
