Poor quality dash cam, avoid at any cost

I bought an RAC 235D dash cam in September 2021, after 2 weeks the quality of the recording deteriorates, with fading colours and you cannot see clearly the car in front of you, not to mention seeing the registration number. Avoid buying RAC dash cams at all.

Avoid Proofcam and get a Nextbase!

Worst customer service and rubbish dash cams. Ordered a dash cam in August 2019 and it broke around Feb 2020. I have been trying to get hold of them since February 2020 with no joy and they have finally got back to me telling it is now out or warranty, despite me reporting this over a year ago. Anyway, I needed a dashcam so bought one after a month of trying. Nextbase is a lot better!

ProofScam

I ordered a camera from the company but then realised it wasn’t the spec I needed for my insurance so went to cancel the order about 30 minutes after completion. The only way to contact the company or cancel an order was via an email address that gave an automatic reply to tell me that “this email address is not checked regularly”. After sending multiple emails about a week later I got a response that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. 5 weeks later I have sent several more emails with no reply and still have not received my money back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Website put through an order without me…

Website put through an order without me even selecting to buy or pay.
Contacted through many emails and phone calls with none answered or replied to.
They have taken the money, not recieved the goods I didn't even order, Avoid at all costs, dont even click on website

This is a sister scam company they sell cheap crap that never really works and they always do (free offers) or free dash cams this is only to get your personal information to use in the future watch out these scum bags are nasty

Hopes and dreams DASHED

My friend Samuel was so excited to receive his dashcam. A day later he had his hopes and dreams DASHED. He now has no way of automatically recording imbeciles on the road and has had to resort to ducktaping his cumbersome camcorder to his bonnet. Poor Samuel
