Bait and switch on shipping but refunded.
When you are checking out, they tell you that you are paying for FedEx delivery but then they send it by Canada Post to save money on their end. Customer service person then treats you like a fool and says that they did you a favor by sending it by Canada Post. First they said that CanadaPost is faster (LOL), then they admitted that it's because FedEx costs are "insane". Yet they charged $20 for FedEx delivery based on the postal code entered. I would not have ordered if they had just said they were sending by Canada Post as it is unlikely to arrive when I need it and I do not have access to the community mailbox where it will inevitably end up.
They did finally get back to me and refund so I have updated the review to 3/5 stars.

Sometimes the delivery times for Fedex in remote areas are so long we thought to help you and go for the quicker route, not knowing this would end up in a community box. However, I do believe we were in touch with you and offered a refund on our end.

Overall I found the product easy to use, with clear instructions. The speed of the service made it appropriate for the 24hr preboarding requirement.
The one, small, issue I had was with the directions regarding starting the process online. The instructions on your page have a big start now button, with a rather nondescript statement below the button cautioning one not to hit the button before being totally ready (as once the button pushed you only had 1 hour to complete everything). This was confusing in that above there is a statement saying that an instructional video was available after starting... so I wasn't sure how to proceed... it wasn't made clear that the video was just a step by step instruction that was the same as on the printed material. Small point, but caused a bit of consternation...

Worst mistake of my life
Worst mistake of my life.
I paid for shipping with FedEx my package ended up with Canada Post and was left in a community box somewhere.my address was correct. Got InTouch with Canada only to be told they can't give me information on the shipment. I place my order on January 19th 2022 it now February 9th and I still did not receive a package. I had very poor customer service as the agent took a very long time to provide me with information on my order which only drove up my anxiety. This was stressful. I've since ask for my money back with no luck either. Please I need my money back.

I have asked them 5 times that this test is acceptable for traveling from Canada to Us by united airline and no clear answer and another thing that my credit card information was stolen exactly after I bought the tests!!!
I had to lock my credit card and reported the fraud! Anyone has the same experience?

Hi Wixod, sorry to hear this. Our test is accepted for traveling to the USA, also on United Airlines, yes. I will check into this for you why this was not clear from the start. The part about the fraud seems odd. We work with validated payment processors such as Stripe and Mollie, meaning we go through a detailed verification process as a company before we are allowed to use their services. On top of that we can not even see your credit card information in your order, so this is a very unfortunate that it happened after you ordered online. Fast, easy, Efficient BUT…
Make sure you do your test during office hours! I feel like that should be advertised in bold in step #1 of the instructions. I almost missed their open hours, which would have ruined my travel plans.
Overall, really impressed with the efficiency of this. Flew Air Canada from Vancouver to San Francisco. No issues with the travel document being approved for travel.

With staff in multiple time zones across the globe we however are almost (95% of the time) always able to accomodate within the required time that countries require for entry testing. If i could give them no stars I would, I purchased 4 poof of entry kits to fly back into the UK with on 03/01/2022. I immediately sent a message telling them we were flying out on the 07/01/2022 and if they couldn't meet the time schedule to cancel the order and we would just get them done at airport. They replied immediately saying they would be there by the end of the day on the 6th Jan, well that was it they never came so we flew back to the UK on the 7th. I contacted them for a refund when I got back and all they could say was that i didn't receive them in time because of DHL delivery system, and I could still use them for future travel, well no chance of that as they are in Canada at our holiday Vrbo apartment and we are back in the UK. So a warning for anyone thinking of using this company they are not at all honourable and I hope this review hurts them financially as these companies always take advantage of ordinary customers
