40 Days after I paid them 18€ & asked to either fill my Balance or to refund me the 18€. Thats what they answered:
"Your card wasn't charged. Please refer to our previous message. Once you have more questions, contact the card issuer."

Having looked at positive review I can easily say most are fake AVOIDDDDDD

All bank wire transfers take time. Moreover, you've sent your recharge in the incorrect currency (USD instead of EUR). Once we received the payment, it was reversed on the same day.
