After being dropped by our carrier (despite zero claims) in the California insurance crisis we were facing a massive rate increase for a clearly inferior product from the state-run carrier. Luckily, we were able to find our way to Taylor Stults at Proper and boy, we should have been using Proper all along. The policy is tailored to short-term rental owners and provides significant coverage benefits. In addition, Taylor was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, guided the application through underwriting and was a joy to work with. Oh, and they saved us over $2,000 on the premium. Cade is the best in the game for short-term rental insurance. He gets great quotes AND he's way faster than any other insurance agent we've worked with. You'd be a fool to take your business anywhere else. Gotta go to Cade!!!

Initial request for quote was great but rep assigned did
not supply policy comparison till I asked twice, got
"canned" response even though actual other quote was
sent. Comparision was wrong and last email resorted to "fear tactics" to try and get me to book policy. Got same for a lot less elsewhere.

Alayna and Taylor are great, they both respond quickly and they did a great job with our claim. Can't thank tem enough!

A Great STR Insurance to Have!

Cade is our Agent and Matthew was our adjuster for a problem we experienced. They worked as a team and were extremely responsive. This is definitely a A+++ Insurance Company in our book. I was dreading dealing with the insurance process from a recent incident at one of our Airbnb properties. To my shock and awe, this was actually a truly pleasant experience. Screenshots of documentation and a few emails and it was done! Literally 10-15 minutes of my time. Matthew was great and the process was more than simple compared to my other experiences with insurance companies. A+++!

Sam Carlisle was great, knowledgeable, in all aspects and reason y this insurance was needed. I also wanted to get insurance same day and within 2 hours I had it. Gave up on another company who kept fumbling the ball if you will.
