it has been 5 months since I contacted them first time to solve my issue regarding my account there. the main purpose of this account is to generate leads. 5 months with almost no leads and every time I contact them they say anything just to make the fault from my side. there is an attitude there that they never been wrong, anything wrong with the account is from the client's side. nothing wrong from their side all the time and after all that guess what? they once told me that we are not going to solve anything so what are you planning to do?
zero customer satisfaction although the account manager is very professional and helpful but the upper management don't help her nor anyone to get over this issue. they just care about money and payment and nothing more.
