We were properly looked after from start to end.
Of course we have encountered some issues along the way (pretty much inevitable when purchasing properties:) ) but they were dealt with promptly and with professionalism!

Rubbish company.
Rubbish company.
I raised an issue with black spot mold on 26th October and to date nothing has been done. It's an absolute farce.
Worst company ever.
Avoid at all costs.
Because of their negligence I will be taking the landlord to court to claim damages.

For my it's best webinar
Property hub webinars is probably best in property education field. It's very informative and pleasant to listen both Robs. As property investor I think is must to listen. Cause they helped my to buy my fisrt buy-to-let. And i did it in a middle of pandemic and in proceof purchases I lost my job :D but as Robs says it was worth it.

Great company and team
Great company and team. The content they share for free is top notch and I’d happily pay for it, it’s that good.
They are very knowledgeable and are well worth taking the time to go through all of the subjects and services they provide. ( forum, YouTube, website, Portfolio App, Crowd funding) to name a few.
I found them through a search for a property podcast on a boring drive home from work and other than ‘BiggerPockets’ there’s nothing else that comes close. I recommend them to anyone looking for knowledge into the rental market.

Organised and easily contactable

Great Letting Service from Delyce
Delyce at property hub lets has been managing my properties for a while now. She takes great care making sure that Landlords like me are informed and that the tenants she looks after have the best environment in habitat. It truly rare to find someone who cares for people at both sides of the tenancy.
