Nothing is ever too much trouble, From finding reliable tenants to solving any problems quickly and efficiently while keeping me informed at all stages. Both Shelby and Jill are excellent. Actually I think the whole team is but over the years Jill and Shelby have been my main contacts. I would have no hesitation in recommending Property Moves. What made my experience so positive was that all the time that my problems were ongoing with my flat that Shelby remained calm throughout and was also extremely helpful at all times - although the repairs process was very long drawn out I never had to chase Shelby up or prompt her to act. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Shelby specifically and Property Moves generally.

Great property letting company. They really look after your portfolio and keep you informed regarding local and national developments. Jill and Shelby are particularly good at responding to maintenance issues and liaising with the Council regarding required licensing.

I find Property Moves to be really well informed, professional and friendly. I am not a tenant but a landlord ie have a property which is let out. They help me with the process of selecting good tenants and they keep abreast of the changing laws and the local market.
