We stayed at Playfair Terrace, the flat was great, especially the garden. It was well equipped and very central. We can strongly recommend the service!

23 Argyle Street . A fabulous apartment - neat, clean, comfortable and very homely. Closely to absolutely everything- just lovely.

When I found this property to book, I couldn't believe my luck. My expectations was high. And, met. We were a party of four visiting St Andrews for playing golf and relaxing. Dempster Court provided us with a perfect base for that. The instructions was easy to follow. And the Kingask Crew responded within the stated response time when questions was asked.

We stayed in The Old Vinery Crail which was very comfortable and plenty of room for extended family of 10. Well stocked kitchen ,great bed linen and fluffy towels. Handy games room and enclosed garden. One more shower room would be useful. Good location.
Kingask very helpful at answering any enquiries and communication was excellent before during and after our stay. Would definitely book with them again.

My friend and me had. wonderful experience at 38 The Scores, beautiful views, great location and PERFECT service!!

Very nice apartment with all you need to enjoy St Andrews

The property is spotless, everything you need is there. The staff are always there when needed. T

Our multi generational family stayed at Lawhead Road, St.Andrews. The house was clean with everything you could need and well situated a short drive into St. Andrew’s town centre and the beautiful East Neuk beach. The large enclosed garden was fully appreciated by the 4 children as was the table tennis. A day was spent at Cairnie fruit farm where there is plenty for children to do. Well worth a visit.
Kingask property were very responsive to deal with a minor plumbing issue within hours.

We stayed at Linskill House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was great for parking - daily charge of £4.20 and we always got a space and at a very busy time of year.
The shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The house itself felt very homely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The apartment was cozy with all necessary amenities, including excellent wifi, and in a great location. The beds were also very comfortable and staff at Kingask was super attentive and responsive. I greatly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property and this property service.

This house was perfect for our golf trip to St. Andrews. Very near to the lovely town. The home was spacious, 3 loos, great kitchen, supply of hot water and pressure in showers very good. Staff very friendly and good to answer enquiries on end of phone. I would highly recommend this house, and if we ever get the chance to return then we'd choose here again.

Booked Kilrymont View for a trip to St Andrews with our 2 small dogs. The property did not disappoint. Great open plan living area, everything required was provided for a weeks' self catering stay, beautiful bathroom, and bedrooms. Private secure garden for the dogs, and a drive to get car off road. Very well presented, clean and good quality furnishings. Great location, 10 mins walk to the beautiful East Sands beach, where you could walk to the harbour, castle and cathedral, then into town. Perfect location. Kingask were very helpful in the run up to our trip answering any queries I had. We didn't contact them whilst there as there were absolutely no issues. Lovely accommodation, and great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend, and would love to visit again. thank you.

The cottage was comfortable. However a few extra basics would have been welcome. We had a very small tube each to last two nights for the shower bath. No hand soap was provided even though it was supposed to be. One toilet roll provided for each bathroom. The ironing board was dangerous to use and beyond purpose. Broad band was hopeless! I didn’t think it was worth the money spent to stay there but it’s a wedding venue so it was convenient.

Third time staying in West View property. As before clean, comfortable and has everything you could ask for and easy walk to centre of St Andrews.

We will definitely be back

May Isle in Crail. My happy place, a gorgeous old cottage with glorious sea views. A place to relax, unwind and explore the beautiful East Neuk of Fife.

Have booked through Kingask several times now. Always a good experience with regular updates in the period leading up to arrival. The properties we have stayed in have always been very good but 7 Dempster Court where we were last week is exceptional, large, modern, clean and well equipped.

We were very happy with our stay at Dempster Court, St Andrews. The instructions and information given were all clear, the accommodation spacious and well-appointed (loved the artwork). There was a problem with the timer for the heating, but the office at Kingask dealt with it in a friendly and accommodating manner.

The shower fittings in the general bathroom were not up to scratch and we would have appreciated some instructions on how to use the oven, but we have brought these matters to the attention of Kingask, so hopefully they will have addressed them by now.

On the whole, we are very glad that we picked Dempster Court for our stay in St Andrews.

We have just returned from our stay at The Golf Flat in West Burn Lane (our home from home). I shouldn’t really praise this beautiful flat too highly as it will just make everyone want to visit it and it is very popular as it is! That was our fourth stay this year and we will be returning over the festive period- think we should just move in permanently! All the staff at Kingask are extremely helpful and friendly and should there be any problems these are dealt with efficiently and promptly. We have stayed at other properties on Kingask’s books but this is by far our favourite - spacious, well presented and close to the town centre and The Old Course which our Cockapoo loves to walk through on a daily basis!
