Proplaters 

Had my new Cupra delivered to Surrey last week by Sean having picked it up from Cardiff. Sean the driver kept me informed throughout and despite being delayed inexcusably by the dealer, remained polite and enthusiastic throughout the 24hrs. A really helpful nice guy who worked around my schedule for his arrival time and also showed me round the car. Would recommend.

Ignoring all phone calls and emails

Carl delivered a company vehicle to my home address this morning. He phoned a head to give me an aprox ETA, which helped make sure I was in to collect the vehicle. When he arrived Carl was friendly, professional and very efficient. The handover was quick and simple. Really pleased with this service.

Kerri delivered my new Ford Kuga the other day. Really friendly and bang on time. Kept me posted on her progress and was a pleasure to deal with. Very happy

Proplaters we’re fantastic. I cannot fault their service in anyway. They arrived early and inspected the car as promised. Communication from the Driver Dave was excellent. The car was delivered as promised and on time. If you need to collect or move a car that you care about (mine was a classic) then Give these guys a call you won’t be disappointed.

ProPlaters is a personable and professional car transport business. Where others mess you about and let you down they're completely transparent about pricing and insured to £100k as standard. They own all of their own fleet of transporters and pickups+trailers and the driver who picked up my Lotus was very knowledgable. You get photos at loading and at delivery. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend.

Appointed Proplaters to transport my new car from Southport to Lincoln. A competitive price and excellent communication from the outset. The vehicle arrived at the expected time of arrival. The driver was polite, led me around the vehicle and took all necessary action/wiped all surfaces preventing any risk re Covid-19. I would highly recommend this company.

As others have said it's a very good service from start to finish. Car needed collecting from Exeter & delivering to Manchester. It was picked up and delivered on the day and time agreed. Communication from the delivery driver (Rob) was excellent. Cannot fault Proplaters service & would highly recommend.

Excellent service from first enquiry through to delivery of the car. Needed to get the car to Holyhead and although there were issues due to Covid-19 which delayed the car being accepted at the port (outside of Proplaters control), they stored the car for a few days at no extra cost and delivered it in good time to allow for the vehicle quarantine period. Cannot recommend Proplaters and especially John Fifield highly enough!
