Ordered plates then got asked a question on whether I wanted one style or another style? Completely confused me after receiving email at close to midnight. So I asked what's the difference? Still haven't received plates Ordered on Saturday its now Wednesday. Now im being asked to pay £6 more

Yeah alright il just keep paying you money guys. Do you think i was born yesterday? These have got to be a scam said free delivery not even been made to get dispatched and asking for more money wow

I did however receive two stickers from this company. But not actually registration plates 🤪🤪🤪

Not one to complain but didn't receive what the company are named or advertised as registration plates i received stickers 🙃

i've placed an order and paid extra for delivery within 1-2 working days and my plate still hasnt been delivered and I keep trying to call the company and email them but no one is coming back to me! beginning to wonder whether this company is real or just a SCAM!

The customer service is hit and miss. My first order arrived with a larger logo than expected, which I did not want, and they have not responded to my email. I paid again and received a second plate, but this one arrived damaged. Sometimes they reply, other times they do not. I have ordered many plates from Proplates and when they get it right, the quality is generally good.

Update: Proplates have now contacted me and sent a replacement number plate. I did not particularly write this review to get a response but I'm pleased things are resolved.

Chased order then issue they didn't solve.

First order was easy but slow to deliver and then when had issues with plates they did respond to issues but then didn't do anything. Chased that again and nothing in response.

Perseverance to get the design proof spot on!

Ordered from this place before and service was ok. 3rd time very unlucky. Ordered 4 plates (for two cars) in different sizes, one stick on. Spent ages on sizes, even made a document I emailed in to support order. Plates received late and all incorrect heights to what was ordered. This was in Feb (2025), now May and despite loads of emails (they don’t have a phone number, which I can see why) I still haven’t got the plates I ordered and paid extra for the sizes ordered, £90+. I have had a disgusting service from this terrible company and people should AVOID them like the plague. Also, I don’t often leave reviews, but at times of terrible or exceptional service or products, I do like to do my bit. You read some reviews, wonder if they’ve been planted or falsified, this is not one of them. I am a car enthusiast, not overly sensitive and hope to help others avoid the same problem. Looking at other reviews this company is clearly a problem one.

Backing side of the sticker plate wasn't even sticky, emailed twice looking for a replacement or refund. No response back, horrible customer service.

order stick on plates for a specific size. Order arrived late and considerably bigger than was stated on the order form. Tried calling , left voicemail and sent email all without response.

Can someone call or email back to issue a refund?

Worst customer service - shipped plates to me in Hungary and did not supply an invoice for customs clearance, many email and phone calls.... no reply other than 1 email asking why I want the invoice... goods were returned to them as the delivery could not be cleared.

I recently acquired a classic Lotus sports car and after reaching the car’s history I found it was first registered in Belfast. With much help from Proplates they helped recreate the original dealer sticker for the rear window and number plate dealer stickers to help give the car its correct 1989 dealer delivered period look. Great service, fast return on creating bespoke artwork and the products were dispatched quickly in protective postage packing. A fantastic and unique service, highly recommended and I will use the service again on another project.

Sent me non tinted plates at first even though I'd ordered tinted. They took a bit of a long time to respond to me by email but they did apologise and sent me out another set of plates which were perfect. Great product and great prices

The plates supplied are absolutely the same as those fitted by the dealer in 1996, and were made using a pic of the scruffy original for reference - They'll make the car look like new. Customer service was spot on and delivery was so fast I was surprised when they arrived! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Proplates.

The 3-5day delivery window closed yesterday, but still no sign or updates.

The plate itself was apparently ready for despatch on Day 2 (it's a quick service usually), however once loaded onto the system, it stated the courier partner was Evri (formerly Hermes). I got in touch immediately requesting a change of destination because Evri have never managed to deliver to my house or any of my neighbours - they refuse to acknowledge our road (built in 1935) even exists.
I am used to this and always ask for my deliveries to the local Evri Parcel Shop.

To their credit ProPlates offered to send my plate via Royal Mail -amazing and of course I said yes.

But then they opted to use Evri to my home instead - worse still I couldn't get the delivery rerouted - the plate is still in limbo - and my emails are being ignored.

All I want is what I've paid for in good faith.

Ordered plates with the rear having a uk badge, the plates arrived very promptly! But i was missing the badge, so i emailed immediately after receiving them, and i had a reply by lunchtime saying apologies this will get sent out asap. That’s no problem by me.
However if there’s a error on their end and they are rectifying it, i would expect that they do it as a matter of urgency, in this case, plates arrived Monday, by Monday lunchtime they said they dispatching the missing item, on Tuesday afternoon i get notified by RM that they now have my parcel and its been sent via royal mail 48.
I just didn’t believe this to be acceptable, now i will receive my missing item on Thursday! It’s the companies error, they should have sent it as a priority

I needed some non-standard sized EV plates. Sorted the details out via email on Monday. Ordered the plates on Tuesday. Received the plates Thursday 9:50am!

Ordered a new set of plates as per my original dealer style plates on a Tues, almost immediately I got sent an e mail asking me to proof read and confirm the design which I did . Plates arrived on the sat as per my instructions and look better than my original ones so very happy and shall be using again in the future..

Don't buy from these people. I bought some 3D gel plates and confirmed with them I did not want black and grey, but still got sent black and grey. When I asked to return or exchange them I did not get a response back. Tried to contact them multiple times and just been ignored. I will be going through my card company to get a refund.
