ProProfs and the Knowledgebase I created on ProProfs are great tools. The Knowledge base is great for sharing information with our industry. Naveen was very prompt and helpful assisting me with some custom CSS to make my project look great.

I would appreciate a native dark theme since I am visually challenged, however this minor impediment has an easy workaround using a browser extension, such as Dark Reader.

I had multiple challenges that always involved the way the ProProfs software behaved. Naveen (and it seems in some cases others) made an extraordinary effort to make changes according to what would seem logical to my use-case and what I've paid for. He must have solved maybe 5 software challenges for me, each time by engaging a backend adjustment, not just showing me something I didn't know. This is not normally what I would expect to experience, as I'm just one customer, but it was a constant and refreshing surprise each time. I suppose if these changes are now system-wide, then my experience has helped make their product better for everyone, but thank you Naveen nevertheless! I'm more impressed with this company than I had been previously.

ProProfs Quiz Maker if quite functional and functional product, offers many useful features. The user interface of the system could be of clearer design though.
Support wast good, achieved most of results requested.
