This company should have 5 stars. 1 of the best i have dealt with when buying collectibles, the prices usually beat the competition and the level of customer service is class. This is my go to company for my geek merch addiction.

Courier damaged the product and didn’t deliver it. Told the company and a new order was sent out that day and arrived safely. Looks as good as it did in the picture. 5 star service and very happy.

Ordered a few things from P&R over the past few months and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The website is clear and straightforward (this sounds like a minor thing, but it makes shopping so stress free). There's a fantastic selection of items, incredibly good prices, and out-standing customer service. Delivery always prompt and items have always arrived in impeccable condition. Keep it up, folks!

Ordered a rare action figure online with Props & Replicas, happy to have found it at a good price. The next day I simply received a message from Paypal to say my payment had been refunded. Very disappointed that P&R show figures in stock that are not, but more so that they couldn't even be bothered to send some kind of personal message with an explanation or apology. There are more reliable and professional places out there than these guys.

My first order with Props and Replicas went really well. First I paid a £2 deposit for a pre-order and then the balance when the item came into stock. It was packed REALLY well, dare I say with love and care. It was also a tricky figure to get hold of (sold out most places) so I was happy to get it at RRP. I will use props and replicas again for sure.

Have used Props and Replicas a few times now and have experienced really excellent customer service. I had a few queries about some items and received fast, polite and helpful responses. The items were well packaged and received on time. A real plus is how they manage pre-order dates, dates are updated when they change and seem to be accurate as to when the item will actually arrive in stock.

Amazing customer service I was after certain variants of a figure and they sorted me out with ease. Will definitely be using them again as they pack really well and post promptly

As a bit of a collector of toys & figures, I have purchased items from a large number of online retailers, however I have to say that propsandreplicas.co.uk knock spots off of the others when it comes to customer service. I have only recently stumbled across them, but found that they offered the items I was after at a lower price than any of my other usual outlets, so gave them a go and was not disappointed.
Very fast delivery & really good communication. Unfortunately I had an issue with part of my order (entirely a supplier quality issue & in no way related to the retailer), but props and replicas went above & beyond to help resolve my issue. This is a level of service sorely missing from many retailers now a days & was honestly a very refreshing and appreciated change.
Needless to say, they will now be my first point of call when looking for figures and genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. Give them a go for yourself and see
