Service excellent, website easy to follow and up to know the trolley is fine.

I have had a Powercaddy for some 11 years and have had three sets of batteries and tweo chargers so if this trolley serves me the same I will be most happy.
I find this unit easy to use and very light alongside of the powercaddy but and I suppose only time will tell so I as hoping for the best and I am sure together with the service that you say that you provide I should not have any worries..

P1 Powerchair

I have previously used Prorider to purchase an elite scooter with no problems. When I decided to upgrade and go for a powerchair I thought I'd go with them again as they'd been helpful whenever I'd needed to contact them. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience this time round with the P1. Its not built to cope with outdoor use so is no good to me.

Paypal have said I'm entilted to a full refund, with the caviat I need to provide a box to ship the thing in. How? It was near impossible to get into the box they shipped the thing in the first place and so it went into the bin as it looked like Edward Scissorhands had been at it after I'd finished with it (your customers are disabled - use better boxes!). The engineer who came out could have easily taken it back himself.

Easyfold scooter

Pleased with my scooter. It is light and easy to handle. The price was very good at 500 especially compared to others I have seen. Friendly and helpful staff so I recommend this scooter. It wheels easily when folded up which is a bonus.

Shocking after sales service

Bought a Pro Rider Elite over a year ago because of the 'Which' review and had problems with the battery within the first month of delivery which seem to have reoccurred over the year. Enough is enough and it was sent back to the company 1st July 2015
After many phone calls where the phone wasn't answered even after holding on for over 20 min. then decide to try to leave a message hoping they would get back to us- mail box full.
Two weeks later finally got through to be told the scooter was in line.
Next time we spoke in August scooter LOST as they have moved sites.
August 10th following legal advise wrote a letter to the CEO MR Simon Belts.
No scooter but a very frustrated housebound husband .


Thank you for the comment from pro Rider. 7weeks later received our scooter and so far things are fine. Pro Rider have extended our cover and offered a service at the end of it. Husband though has bought another mobility scooter from a local dealer that have a very large service department. Would we buy another from Pro rider NO !

excellent service throughout

From the time i phoned i received superb service frienliness and helpful advice my pr rider scooter arrived 3days later with the same service cannot fault them one bit Have already recommended them to friends and relations

Almost a good trolley

Steering is too harsh, as trolley stop hard when trying to turn. Back buggy wheel should be lower to prevent trolley going onto back wheels when tipping back, it is then difficult to steer. Tyre are too smooth and spin in wet grass.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Having suffered a breakdown with my Road King scooter I contacted pro rider who (Tom) advised me that the replacement carbon brushes would be posted on Monday and should arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday and for me to contact him if the brushes did not arrive.
After the post on Wednesday and no brushes I rang pro rider and spoke with a female who advised me that parts were sent out by 2nd class mail and I should wait another couple of days!!!!!!
I used the online chat system that pro rider operate today and received the same pathetic response.

MY POINT IS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY MOBILITY SCOOTER AND VIRTUALLY HOUSE BOUND AND pro rider DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY OR COMMON DECENCY TO OFFER A FIRST CLASS OR SPECIAL DELIVERY METHOD OF DESPATCH (AT MY EXPENSE) (HEAVEN FORBID THAT THEY SHOULD EAT INTO THEIR COMPANY PROFITS).

pro rider SHOULD HANG THEIR CORPORATE HEADS IN SHAME FOR THIS APPALLING LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE JUST THINK OF THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK THAT COULD BE REALISED FOR THE SAKE OF FIRST CLASS DESPATCH OR EVEN SPECIAL DELIVERY AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

INSTEAD THE FEEDBACK IS SHAME ON YOU pro rider.

We are very sorry that the parts were posted 2nd class post rather than 1st class post. Since moving to our new depot we have now installed facilities for 1st class post to be used. We take all customer feedback seriously and overall our customer service is still the best in the land. Unfortunately in your case you have not been satisfied with the postage class and for this we are very sorry. One let down

The scooter is a fantastic bit of kit, the service from pro rider was great BUT the delivery by TUFFNELS parcels was shocking.... agread a delivery date and down to the couriers was 2 days late! When it was unpacked a reflector on the armrest was broken but due to the problems with the courier would rather deal with this myself!

not to be trusted

I ordered a pro rider Toledo scooter, it arrived Tuesday, faulty. After many phone calls the problem did not get resolved, after contacting the bank they are backing me all the way. Eventually Pro rider said they would arrange a courier to collect the scooter today at 8-45pm it has not been picked up. They said when it had been collected ring them and they would send out a replacement. Going away Wednesday "that's if I am able" please do not buy from this company unless you want stress. I have enough problems without them adding to it.

Doorway to a better life

I was most impressed with the speed of delivery, less than a week. I was expecting it to arrive on a trailer or in a van so I was surprised tho get it in a box. The instructions for making the scooter ready for use I felt could of been clearer but after an hour I was ready to give the initial charge , which only took about an hour. Once done I ventured out for my first ride , what a joy the controls are so easy and the ride so comfortable , what was supposed to be a quick ride around the block turned into a 5 mile tour I just didn't want to get off.
Yesterday I made a round trip of about 20 miles without suffering any fatigue or discomfort. Words cannot describe how happy I that I chose the pro rider "King of the Road"

Very good

Very good value for money, and once ordered, speedily delivered. On the latter I should say I am actually fairly local although I didn't know it, so it was delivered within a day. Regarding the first, where I live there is a mobility aids shop which sells scooters, and I bought my first one there a few years back. Not only was it only 4mph, it cost 1500 pounds, more than I spent on this. All in all a good buy.

Excellent in every way

I recently purchased a 5ft suitcase ramp to get my mobility scooter into my garden for charging and safekeeping. Pro Rider Mobility were as good. ( if not better ) on price as any other supplier I found. The delivery time was fantastic and communication excellent. The product itself cannot be faulted in any way. No need to shop around.....just use these guys!!

My new Pro Rider Freedom

I ordered the Freedom scooter, for both my husband, and myself, we both find it very light, and very easy to take apart, the only drawback we have, is not having an ignition key to isolate when leaving it for going shopping, other than that, no other problems.. Olive Sullivan

Pro Rider Freedom

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It is just as advertised and is a breeze to load in my car compared to my present scooter which is transportable but has a very heavy battery and motor making it very difficult to load. The Freedom is portable and so much lighter to load and as an 84 Yr old I am FREE to roam again. The price and quality can not be equalled
Buy it knowing you are buying the best that money can buy!!!

PRO RIDER ROAD KING MOBILITY SCOOTER

THIS IS MY FIRST SCOOTER AND I CHOSE THE ROAD KING AFTER TRYING THREE OTHERS AT VARYING PRICES. THIS REVIEW IS AFTER ONE WEEKS USE. ASSEMBLY BY MY SON WAS QUICK AND EASY. BATTERY WAS CHARGED OVERNIGHT AND NEXT DAY WAS SPENT VERY LOCAL GETTING USED TO THE CONTROLS ETC. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN UP TO THE VILLAGE THREE TIMES, THIS JOURNEY ENTAILS THREE VERY STEEP, LONG HILLS BOTH WAYS THE SCOOTER HAS DONE EVERYTHING ASKED OF IT. I FIND IT VERY EASY RIDING AT 8 MPH ON MAIN ROADS BUT FIND 4 MPH IS BETTER ON ROUGH SIDE ROADS, OF THE THREE PREVIOUSLY TRIED THE R.K. HAS BY FAR THE BETTER RIDE AND WILL RUN IN TO AN EVEN BETTER RIDE. I FOUND THE COMPANY HELPFUL AND EASY TO DEAL WITH AT DISTANCE AND LOOK FORWARD TO AN ENJOYABLE RELATIONSHIP.
