I am very happy with my new Pro Rider mobility scooter. It has given me back my independence and encouraged me to get back to normal life. My only concern is the weight of the scooter - you really do need two people to get this into a vehicle.

Great mobility scooters, great prices, friendly and helpful staff and great warranty and insurance options. Unfortuneately the delivery courier service is contracted out, and failed to deliver my scooter on the stated days twice with no phonecalls or explanation. It did turn up on the third attempt. I had arranged for it to come after 1.00 PM, but it came at 07.30AM instead! I had just got up and was getting ready to go to my diabetic clinic. Lucky for the courier, he came early enough for me to be in. Also, the scooter came in a box van with no lift and only 1 driver. this meant he had to struggle with a 90KG box on his own. He managed it, but being an ex union health and safety rep, I think the courier company must have broken every rule in the book. it is only a matter of time before someone has an accident and the company would be sued big time. Overall, I rate Prorider Mobility 4**** out of 5, and the courier company 1* out of 5.

Bought this scooter as my last one had broken down beyond repair it is really comfortable wish I'd got one earlier I feel at ease and safe on the scooter A real bargain would highly recommend getting one of these

I was reluctant at first to purchase the product online having not seen it first hand. However, I have to say my experience with PRO RIDER has been very good. The product provides excellent value for money and my scooter was delivered within 3 days of purchase. It was well packaged and very easy to assemble. Any queries I have had have been answered promptly with regard to the free insurance and registration documentation. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wisihing to purchase a mobility scooter.

I ordered this and had it delivered promptly. Only issue was that I am not in an area where white glove service is available. However staff were more than helpful offering for a small fee the scooter would be built then put back in the box. This made it a case of unpack and go. I will have no hesitation in recommending to anybody else wishing to buy

Ordered small scooter which arrived in 2 days. realised that I needed larger scooter, I rang Pro rider they assisted me in choosing the correct size scooter and within 2 days they had collected small scooter and delivered appropriate scooter, Taking the time to instruct me how to safely operate the scooter. I was very pleased and would be confident in recommending Pro rider.

My Prorider Golf Cart is good value and was well commented on by my golf buddies.So,the downside,the bag cover zip fastener came off in my hand on first use,only room for one accessory on main shaft,so the drink holder and scorecard holder are superfluous.Apart from that I am pretty much satisfied considering the excellent price.

This is the best wheelchair I have had very light easy for my wife to push and now I can help as well

For years I struggled to get around the little village of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. I must have sat on every seat, leaned on every wall and general gasped my way through simple things like shopping or just getting out. My sister convinced me to get a scooter and Pro-Rider were basically the cheapest one available that could carry me. Best decision I could have made, I have had my Road-King for more than two years and its a life saver and so comfortable, I'm mobile! wonderful!

This is my first class 3 scooter, really good quality & strong a really good price compared to other scooters,so far it has been reliable and the charge last for a long time, which is good as far as electric cost goes. The braking system is good, it is fast to react when needed. The suspension is good when on a rough surface,over all this is a really good scooter and would recommend to my friends .

when my scooter was delivered my first thoughts were WOW, its beautiful rich red colour and chrome bumper etc i'm very proud of my pro rider, it came ready assembled except the small wheels at the back which a friend of ours fitted very quickly and no hassel, however im a little confused as I have a small bag containg two black things I think they maybe clamps and in a shape of a arch with nuts and bolts at the end, I really don't know where they should go and cant follow the instructions can anyone help me please.

We have recently bought two Wayfarer bikes from Prorider, which we collected from their Northampton showroom. The quality of the bikes is excellent, as were the young ladies who dealt with us in the showroom. One of the bikes unfortunately had a faulty stand, but a telephone call to Prorider was all that was needed. A replacement stand was received the next working day. On our experience, we would highly recommended this company

An excellent company that really appears to put its customers 1st 2nd and 3rd!!
I phoned to ask about a specific ramp and was given faultless advice and it arrived exactly on time and is ideal!

Later review - after three months my scooter died. Having carried out various checks they asked me to do they agreed to send an engineer but this will be in two weeks time. Not the 5 star warranty they promise.

Initial Review - The Pro Ride is my third class 3 scooter and so far is the best in terms of value for money. It came ready assembled and was on the road inside one hour. The seat adjustments are far better than the competitors and can ensure you have a seat that suits you rather than cramming into a one position seat.

One point to watch out for is that the scooter is ready assembled but the batteries are disconnected. This is not mentioned in the paper work and requires the seat and battery cover to be removed and the purple connectors to be connected for both batteries.

One negative is that there is some play in the seat which shows on uneven surfaces so make sure the clamps are as tight as possible.

It would be nice to have had the 72 AH batteries as an option since I live in an area with hills but for people on the flat the 50AH will probably suffice.

This is an excellent little scooter and great fun to ride! Didn't find the instructions very helpful, but the staff at ProRider were very helpful indeed. Delivery eas very prompt and obliging driver. Very satisfied so far.

The prorider company is in my opinion is a good helpful company,When yo first ring them you have a wide range of telephone choices ,I find this so useful so you know straight away that you are going to be talking to someone straight away instead of going round the houses,When ordering or booking anything they are always cheerful & they don't talk to you as though you are stupid They treat you like you should be. I have on many occasions ordered parts for my road king When you order the parts they ask you if you can give a rough description of the item but if not this isn't a problem,They won't rush to get rid of you.
I have never had any problems at all with the lads at pro rider.

The company are always helpful & i will continue to be a customer of theirs for a long time to come.Even when i get a new mo bility scooter i will buy a pro rider road king,The scooter are durable well made easy to take apart to transport(if you wish)
I have complete faith in prorider There is a lot of companies out there that should take a leaf out of their book (this is how it's done )
