Great support

Great support, I really appreciated the quality and the clarity of the information that the operator has provided to me.

More like a company than a union

I first joined Prosa when I was a student some years back, because it was free. I never received anything from them (didn't need to/know what I could receive) except for a decent-ish deal with a bank account that everyone gets.
All was fine, until I ended my studies studies early. I then wrote to them, to inform them of this, and asked if that meant that I would have to start paying for a membership.
Instead of getting a human answer, I received an automated message saying that I was no longer eligible for the free membership. I did not get any information about whether or not I had been put on a paid plan, nor any information about pricing. Then about a month later, around beginning of March, I received a bill of 1738DKK, which was for membership in both February and March. Insane price compared to my salary, and something that really set back my economy. As soon as I got it, I asked what was going on, and why I received this. They told me, that I asked to be a paid member (which I didn't, but fair enough, I can see how the message could be misunderstood), which I certainly did not want, and so I told them and asked them to get me out of their system. Now I received a message that I'm finally free of them, but also another bill for ~800dkk :)))

Overall, there has been very poor communication, mostly I was answered by bots, and every time it took them 10+ days to answer.
To me, Prosa seems more like a company, with a really bad customer service, than a union.

Highly competent

I have been a member with Prosa for over 3 years now. When I switched jobs and had an issue with my previous employer, Prosa really helped me out and resolved the issue in a very impressive and timely manner. Their competence is very commendable.
