Proscenic support immediately sent me a replacement battery which corrected the problem.

Very satisfied.

Bad customer service, basically no after-sales troubleshooting if you need a part replacement

We had a mopping issue, and Proscenic managed to help us. They sent us a new mopping attachment and my vacuum cleaner mops perfectly fine now. Thank you Proscenic! Best company.

I have bought a P12 vacuum cleaner, its performance is compatible with a Dyson product for less than half price.

The after-sales service is excellent. My battery issue was solved as quickly as expected!

I would make a purchase again

I bought a vacuüm cleaner with a dead battery.
I contact customer service and they sent a new one.
Now im happy and can use my vacuüm cleaner.

Fast and good guidelines resolved my connection problem with old Proscenic model :)

If you are considering purchasing a good and affordable robo cleaner, then you should really take a look at the Proscenic 850T robo cleaner. Two years ago I bought a Proscenic 850T for upstairs. Now also decided to replace the ground floor robo cleaner for the Proscenic 850T robo cleaner. Vacuum every day and mop once a week. My house has never been so clean. Highly recommended: excellent quality at a reasonably low price.

I purchased a Prosenic 850T and it developed a sensor error within 8 weeks of purchase.

However, the customer service team were quick to respond and sent me a replacement device.

They offer perfect aftersales support for their product. Solved my problem quick and efficient.

Got a response very quickly and was easy to follow. That solved my problem.

Purchased my purifier last year on Amazon, when the filter ran out intially I was able to find an official replacement on Amazon however I notice this listing no longer exists. I checked the proscenic website too and they're out of stock there as well.

I contacted web chat support who advised me to send an email with my Amazon order reference? Random. Which I did anyway but they came back a couple of days later to tell me it was out of stock on the website.... Yes I already know that.... I intially said this to the advisor on webchat who still made me email anyway?

Overall a poor customer service experience 3/4 days of back and forth with still no sign of getting an official replacement filter for a device which is barely over a year old.

Very disappointed with the service from this company and would definitely hesitate purchasing another product from them if they are unable to provide replacement parts reliably. I shouldn't have to go through this hassle to find a replacement filter....
