Don't expect the order to be processed during 1-2 days. I ordered a Nokia G21 at 1/3 as the price is competitive to other stores. It has still been processing until 4/3 without any update.

What I don't like is the order says it'd be delivered at 08-03-2022 - 11-03-2022 but one day after that, the website siliently jumps to 1 more day later. Who knows what's next.

I ordered my PC from this site. The prices are very good and they provided modification to the systems too! unlike any other OEMs, some modifications are very important such as power supply grade and SSD brand and capacity. I was long looking for a system with Ryzen 5 and RTX 3060ti graphics. Only this site provided me with such configuration. All other alternatives had either Ryzen 7 or did not have 3060ti.

However, options are a bit limited on what products you are allowed to select. For instance I would have bought a Nactua CPU cooler if they had any or would bought a Fractal case.

My order arrived exactly at the first day of estimation which is suprisingly good!

Ordered PC case, it came quickly. Price was the lowest among other shops.

So far so good, will continue to buy new items if they are cheaper than other merchants

I got an email that my order has been pushed forward two times, after 2 weeks went by i got another email saying i will not be recieving my order?? Would not recommend this to anyone.

We bought a Dell monitor but it was broken on arrival. We immediately shipped it back for repair, using the return address to the Finnish Proshop address that they had provided. However, they sent it on to the Danish Proshop, and it was then from there sent to a third party. It ended up being more than a month before we got it again, and we also had to carry it from the post office rather than have it delivered to the door as the original shipment was. If we had instead used our right to cancel the purchase and had immediately bought the same monitor from a different shop, we could have gotten it in a fraction of the time. We will not buy from this shop again.

As to their answer below, I did not misunderstand anything. I followed all their instructions on their website for how to handle complaint cases. I created a complaint case with their support before I sent anything. They did not inform me about the Dell program. And the Finnish return address was the one provided by ProShop themselves in relation with the complaint case.

Very slow service. Takes week to get the packet packed, even everything is in stock. Prices are ok. There are better alternatives for the same price. Would only order here if you don't have any other choice.

I received my order on time and their customer services was also helpful in answering my question. Product, I bought was quite cheaper than the market and they also packed it well for shipment.

Propshop is my go to online retailer for electronics and computers. I've ordered a ton of things through them over the last 12-16 months and never had any issues whatso ever.

I had a specific coffee brewer in mind to replace the old one. Because I have used Proshop earlier I did consider it the best choice. I couldn't see any Covid impact in service and delivery. I got estimated delivery date and the parcel came even one day earlier than promised earliest delivery date.
Product info and technical details but also delivery details gave me enough info which made the purchase decision quite easy.

Excellent Price and quick delivery. Nothing to complain.
