Pro sight has been the easiest business insurance I have ever purchased. Access to your account to add select venues etc is very easy. All questions have been answered promptly from the CSR’s who are super friendly and efficient. Lastly their pricing is very competitive and a lot less than I was previously paying. Highly recommend this company, if only all other things in business went as smoothly as purchasing insurance from Pro Sight.

This was an easy automated process. Even so, I had a question that was answered quickly by a live person. Best of all, the price I got from ProSight is the same as what I paid for far less coverage elsewhere.

Horrible. My name as provider was not included on the certificate of policy and insurance declined my application. No one has helped me fix this even after I reached out several times

The product I got is great - exactly what I needed. What interfered with my satisfaction was the fight I had to go through to get a written rider that identified my co-insured. I would not have gotten that job without a written document declaring them to be co-insured under the policy and it took days for ProSight to produce it. Simple little typing project but vast push-back for getting it done.

Don't know why that's an issue with you, but I did finally get it and I got the job, so it ended well.

It was easy to purchase my professional coaching liability insurance through ProSight, and I'll likely use them again next year. The liability insurance offered by my sport's governing body kept increasing every year, and it seemed like they were using it as a profit center rather than a way to protect their coaches. ProSight was a good alternative for the same coverage.
