I made the trip to Leeds yesterday for a pair of Pioneer CDJ-2000's and even though they didn't have it in stock they said they could order it in. I called around a few mail order companies and even though they had stock, no one could match the price from Prosound DJ so I called them back up to place my order. I'm pleased to say that the CDJ's turned up this afternoon. Ignore the bad reviews below - I had a fantastic level of service from Prosound DJ!

For a while I thought Think Tech we're crooks, but it turns out they are just an extremely disorganised company...
I ordered a record box that never arrived. Every time I rang they told me they'd ring back, and make up an excuse. I never received any calls back. A lot of my time was wasted dealing with their complete ineptitude. Eventually they came up with a highly unconvincing ' it must have been lost in the post - let me get back to you'.
Another week passed, and I wrote them an email stating my dissatisfaction and rang them to find out what the f*** was going on. They eventually send out another record box which was of inferior quality and holds 50 instead of the 80 I ordered. I have decided to count my losses and not waste any more time on them. Avoid at all costs! I am surprised they are still in business!

Ordered some goods from this company. After 4 months the lying manager Sean, still doesn’t ring me with an explanation. Think Tech are now saying they have no record of the transaction. Luckily the bank says otherwise. If you have bought any items from these criminals on your credit card speak to the Fraud Squad. If you still have a chance to cancel your order, DO IT A.S.A.P!!!! These people probably rack up debts then fold the company.

I went to this place today to buy 3 4ft UV tubes. Not only was the guy not even in the slightest bit bothered there was someone actually in his shop ready to spend money, But when I got home 1 of them had no light in it what so ever and the other one (which was ex display which i was not allowed any discount on) barely even worked. I would never EVER shop here again. USELESS

I found the guys really helpful at Think Tech and highly recommend them. I organised an event in Leeds and was let down by my resident DJ. At very short notice I contacted Sean and Clive and they went above and beyond to help me out and save the night! They provided an excellent service and spent a lot of time setting up and making sure I had everything I needed to make the night a success. Great team, fantastic night, cheers - I will most definitely be back.

Email to say order being processed and then despite two reminders (and no goods) no replies. Can't log into website to check status and then finally I get an email to say order cancelled due to store closure???

The website says login is incompatible with IE8 - what kind of lame excuse is that and in any case it is not true as it doesn't work with Firefox either!

At least no payment was taken.

1. Are these people still trading?
2. If the store is closed then why is their website still live?

Do yourself a big favour - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

These people will waste your time - shop elsewhere.

These guys took some cash from my card to purchase a laser they later told me they could not supply. Not put off, I changed my order to an upgraded piece of kit which came in at a £1000. When it eventually turned up it wasn't the light I had ordered and I sent it back. Since then the salesman Clive has ignored three emails and five phone calls over five days. Today I have had to put it with the courts to get my cash back.
Personally speaking, I would not recommend this bunch to anybody. My advice, stay well clear!
