Clunky service who left a bad final taste in my mouth
Used them to host a website that served as a point of reference for my business for a few years. I spent days, if not weeks building the site initially to create something great. The tools were all there to achieve this and overall I was pleased. This year I was due to renew my subscription for their service, but chose not to as the cost outweighed my need for the website as things had turned out.
Several months later and I decided to renew my subscription and make some updates to the website and get it back online. They had completely deleted the website claiming it was stated in my initial renewal e-mail that this would happen. I found on mention halfway through the large e-mail about this process and to my disgust it is now wiped from their servers. They did not apologize and believe they gave me enough notice. I stated that they should have made it more clear that the site contents would be deleted, considering the time and effort put into websites. They replied: "I am sorry to hear you feel this way, but if you had renewed your subscription on time this would never have happened."
Fair enough they refunded me the cost of the renewal on the same day I purchased it. I will never use them again and I will not be recommending them to my business partners or friends.
