I have been renting a house from Prospect Estate Agency for over four years. I have had my ups and downs, but since Nancy Suri MARLA became my real estate agent I have no more worries as she is the best agent in the agency. She is professional, responsive and always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure everything runs smoothly. Communication with her is always clear and timely, and she resolves any issues quickly and efficiently. Her friendly attitude and dedication make a real difference, and it is clear that she truly cares about both the property and the tenants.

I’ve used Prospect to manage my property for several years now. I have always found them to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. Extremely happy with the service they provide.

We have been renting with Prospect in Reading for three years, and Nancy has always been a great help, she is very communicative and approachable and has promptly resolved any issues we’ve encountered.

We recently sold and purchased a house through Prospects Wokingham. Michael Sharp was brilliant sorting out multiple issues with both the sale and the purchase. Without Michael’s involvement I do not believe our sale or purchase would have gone through. Highly recommend Michael for any property dealings in Wokingham and surroundings.

When I met with Michael I explained my situation of why I needed to sell my house in. short timeframe. Michael and Rebecca were fantastic and we managed to sell and complete within 3-4 months. I would like to recommend Prospect Estate Agency and I have used most of their services in Reading, Wokingham and Crowthorne (now closed), I first bought a house through them in 2013, which went smoothly. About 5 years ago I both rented a property through them in Crowthorne and let out my property in Reading. More recently, I started to sell my Reading property and within a week Prospect had amazingly found a buyer, but I had a change of heart and decided not to proceed. All the staff (Daniel, Cara, Ellie) involved handled this with aplomb, good nature and professionalism. On the Lettings side, my property has also been well managed by the likes of Lauren, Matteo, Charlotte and Nikki who have all been very attentive, conscientious and hard working.

I’m in the process of buying my first home and Michael from the Wokingham branch has been great to work with from the first viewing through to nearing completion. He’s always very easy to get hold of and responds quickly, which has made the whole process less stressful. I’ve really appreciated the clear communication and support throughout. Thank you.

I would like to thank Joanne Kay, Head of property Management, for managing our properties for over 8 years.  Good management is the main reason to keep ‘Prospect’ being our letting agent, Joanne looked into the complaint, and resolved it, when mistake made by her staffs/their contractors, without any hassle/argument, different from other previous letting agent I had used where there is nowhere to put complaint forward.
