No Wonder They Got Bought Out

Absolutely HORRIBLE CS. I won a ride of the month prize in June of 09. Under the ROTM rules I was to get $100 to their store to pick anything $100 or less or more than $100 and pay the difference. Its now November of 2010. Ive been getting jerked around for the last year. I have sent hundreds of emails, placed 30+ calls, and not one single call has been returned and almost every email was denied. They have just decided to give me a call and let me know they got bought out and arent going to honor my "gift" after Ive been waiting a few months since placing my order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PSO UNLESS ITS IN PERSON.

EDIT- Well after posting my concern and a link to this review on their forums I was banned and my post on the forums regarding this has deleted. Very shady to say the least.
