Got an iphone screen replaced. Within a couple of weeks the screen was clicking and popping. The screen had not been fitted properly so I had to take it back. They replaced the screen under warranty and it was fine for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden while using the phone the screen went green and it had lines all over the display. I took it back to the shop and they tried to argue it wasn't under warranty and i had to pay for another screen replacement. The phone had not been dropped, damaged or wet for the screen to immediately fault like that. I took it to a nearby competitor and they confirmed it was a fault with the screen and it had not been damaged.

Do not use IMobile - they use faulty parts, do not fit parts properly and their warranty is not fit for purpose.

Fantastic speedy service in the Nottingham branch. Took my phone in to have the screen repaired (again!) and also got a great deal on a new handset and accessories - would highly recommend.

I bought in my broken phone which included a cracked front and back screen and wouldn't turn on. They did a diagnostic review and offered me a wait, unfortunately I couldn't be without a phone for work ect, so I asked for the sims to be moved onto a new phone. In and out in 1.5 hours, really honest and very helpful plus they did me a great deal on the price. Exactly what I needed after arriving in a bit of a panic.

I would like to say I have never had such good service .Prashan is amazing 5 star service.I will recomend everyone to him.He deserves a raise.🙂

Excellent raja great service screen protector

The guys at Ipswich i-Mobile are the best! Had choice of phone repair or new phone. Initially not keen but as part had to be ordered in & given the offer I got (new phone, screen protector, case, all data transferred, long guarantee, all for less than the box price of the phone alone) I went for that & was very glad I did! Guy was very helpful & patient especially as there was initially a problem with transferring the data which he was able to solve. Made sure I was happy with everything on the phone before I left.

This is the second time I've been to this place, both times staff & service brilliant!

Went into the Wakefield branch to get a battery replacement and was told that It wasn't necessary - just a new back glass from where I'd attempted a dodgy repair myself!

Half the price I thought it would be and all sorted in less than 2 hours. Can't praise the service enough - 10/10

Brilliant Service, Went in to get my screen replaced as the Touch screen had stopped working. The guy had it for a few minutes gave it back and said all done!!!...Couldnt believe it as id tried everything!! I said how much and he said nothing!!! .... a proper life saver!!!...Ive used this store quite a few times and they have always done a great job!! but really appreciate the honesty showed this time around!!! ... Always recommend anyway but its another story to add in the recommendation!!!

I visited the I Mobile Bromley branch to buy my new Samsung S25 Ultra, and the service was absolutely exceptional. The team looked after me for over an hour and a half, transferring all my data from my old phone with total professionalism and patience.

I was looking for a MagSafe for my iPhone as I prefer to use a full cover on my phone. Daniel was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I would recommend iMobile for excellent customer service.

Bought a new iPhone. Confess to being a bit worried when we realised this isn't an official Apple Store but the service we received was way better than we'd experienced in the official stores and we have all the correct guarantees, etc.. Everything was transferred over and set up for us, and the explanations were delivered clearly and slowly enough for us doddery half-deaf pensioners. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive.

Amazing service at the Chelmsford branch. Slight problem when iPad screen was first replaced but they remedied this as soon as I brought it to their attention with no additional cost to myself. Very impressed by the service and price offered.

I came into the shop today to sell my iPhone 13 I was in there for 35 mins the guy took his time and was really helpful and gave me a very good price not just a great shop but lovely staff and would definitely come back
