I started a purchase process on their website but did NOT complete the order. I also did NOT accept GDPR consent or agree to be contacted via email or phone.

Despite this, I started receiving aggressive marketing outreach.

A Georgia-based phone number (clearly a robot call) has been calling me repeatedly — already 8 times, almost every minute. On top of that, they also contacted me via email.

To be clear:
• I did not place an order
• I am not in any contractual relationship with them
• I did not give consent to be contacted

This level of pushy and intrusive marketing is unacceptable and honestly very off-putting.

I contacted their support via chat and explicitly requested that all my personal data be deleted from their database. They confirmed that my data had been removed — yet the automated calls continued afterward.

This is not how a professional company should operate, especially when it comes to data protection and user consent.

Good communication with Customer Support even it was late in the evening. Fast and meaningful Translations from german to turkish, both with different content.
