Charged for work not done...

I was charged for a wheel alignment when having 2 new tyres fitted. The alignment was not done and I only found this out when the car was serviced by another mechanic the following day. I don't like being charged for work that isn't done, it doesn't build trust.
I'm not in a rush to return there for more work, there are other options locally.

Excellent quick and comprhensive service

Got a competitive quote from Liam for 2 new front tyres.Booked the car in for following day. All on time and quick turnaround! Decided to go with Liam’s recommendation to try the cheaper mid range Falkens this time instead of the Premium Goodyear F1 assymetric 6. So far so good. Excellent grip and very smooth and quiet on the road. They did a very thorough check on rear tyres as well as tracking front wheels which was a fair bit out. Good experience allround. Would definately recommend.
