Service at Leicester Tiger’s Way
Had a service at this location, the person who dealt with me was very friendly and helpful on explaining everything to me before and afterwards. I would give a 5 star rating but this time and a previous time I have left my car with the branch they say that they will ring when they have finished with my car but they have not and I am left wondering what’s happening until I phone them which is a little frustrating! Being a part of the motoring club has helped me save a lot of money though and been excellent so can’t fault that at all

Halford membership, MOT and Autoshop
I have Halford membership. I had free 10 check points check forward to MOT to be ready for any issues, could make my free MOT appointment by phone with real person, quickly and in my full convinience in time and closest location without rounding with bots. I passed MOT, was called in person to collect my car.
If I have any issues during year I can take second free ten check point test.
I asked to explain combi drill options in the Autoshop, could get immediate clear explanations.
I am with Halford for years and always happy and fully satisfied. I will recommend Halford Autocentrs for all local people.

I was really happy with the service from Halfords when buying tyres and having my tyre pressure monitor repaired. The staff were friendly, polite and explained the process of fixing the computer problem. From booking my appointment to driving away, the service was great. Only place I’d go
Was greeted with a friendly smile and talked through what my car was booked in for and roughly how long it would take.
I waited in reception and was offered a hot drink. I’ve been going here for last few years for MOT’s, Service, Brake Fluid Change, New Tyres and always been completely satisfied with the work.

Has both my vehicles MOT tested here back to back. The site manager was helpful, chatty and made my few hours stay good. All the staff seemed knowledgeable and welcoming. Clean centre. Overall a good service provided!
