Another excellent experience with Pro…
Another excellent experience with Pro Tyres. I had my car serviced, wheels balanced, and a new set of front tyres fitted — the improvement was immediate. The car now runs smoother and drives far better than before.
Customer service was spot on too. The team member at the desk was welcoming, helpful, and really knew their stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Not a good experience on this occasion.
My car failed MOT on snapped coil springs, no advisories. Quote for work accepted and work completed yesterday. I was advised at the time of MOT it would take 5mins to retest following the completion of the work. Returning home I was unable to tax my car as MOT hasn't been updated. After trying 5 times to contact the garage during the afternoon (and on hold being cut off), I succeeded 2nd time first thing this morning. My car has now got to return to the garage to be retested as this was not actioned yesterday as advised. It's left me feeling let down and frustrated on this occasion. I use this garage regularly and have done for years. I've recommended it to friends and they are having their car MOT'D there next week. I hope I'm not going to be embarrassed by this.

Recommended for tyres
I have used Protyre Warwick several times during the last 3 years and have always found the service to be great and the prices (for tyres, haven't used other services) very competitive. I order on-line, book a time slot, and grab coffee in the waiting area while the job is completed. No complaints.
