We ordered the military Hawaiian shirt which came much larger than we thought, after contacting the company they quickly responded and replaced the original shirt with another in a smaller size. I would definately purchase from them again. Thank you for taking care of our Veterans

As a Veteran it is great to have a company work with you as well as be able to order products that can bring back memories of the days you served. I can honestly say the days on my ship were some of the best days ever, and anything I can purchase to help bring back these memories is a big plus in my life.

There were some mistakes made, but they took care of it, no problem!

I received my Navy shirt today and was pleasantly surprised regarding the design work, and the quality of the material.
Ordered a Large and it fits great.
I was so impressed that I wanted another one.

I really loved my shopping experience with this company. The products are amazing and they truly honor the service and sacrifice of the men and women who wore the uniform with true patriotism, honor and pride. This is a follow-up from my review written on 4-28-2026. Because I sent in a negative review of my experience with Proudvet365, here are some portions of the email that they sent me.

Proudvet365 is not an honest or trustworthy company. Only because I wrote a negative review, did they change their minds about refunding me my money and they did ask me to consider removing my negative review of them. I responded to them today that they could keep my money and told them that I would not be using their product. I would be glad to return the flag to them but they would need to pay the postage. I also stated that I would not be removing my negative review. This company does not care about the customer! BEWARE!

Overall, the process was easy to use, especially for a "non-digital" guy in his '80's. I inadvertantly ordered the wrong shirt and the company responded to me in less than 24 hours and I am getting the shirt I wanted with no questions asked. Even though I ordered the wrong shirt the quality is excellent! I can't wait for my new shirt to arrive.

My order was exceptional. The attention to detail could not be better.

Customer service is outstanding. I served in the US Navy and retired as a Master Chief. I ordered the wrong ball cap. The issue was not their fault. Thanks Customer Service for the correction

Proudvet365 has gone out of its way to help me provide US Army Shirts for more than 30 Veterans/Retiree's for an annual Military Challenge here in Hot Springs Village. Last year after many challenges to getting specific details tailored to 30 different Veterans, sizes, ranks, units assigned were extremely accommodating, especially with last minute orders and changes.

Last year, the US ARMY Team was the envy of the tournament. We were acknowledged by many of how well the teams looked, all as a result of quality, well fitted and superior workmanship. Aside winning the Military Tournament, we looked great, largely because of the shirts.

After the Tournament, I was approached by the Air Force Team Captain, and I gladly gave him information on Proudvet365.

Customer Service was extremely helpful and flexible with my orders. The shirts arrived with plenty of time and every single Vet was extremely happy with their personalized shirt.....

I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the quality of the two hats and polo shirt I ordered. One of the hats was not quite what I thought I ordered (my fault) and customer service has been extremely responsive to getting me the product the way I wanted it. Kudos to your company and its excellent customer service!

Customer Service is outstanding for this site. I Served in the Air Force from 1967-1993 and retired as a SMsgt. I believe in 1992 the AF Top Three Chevrons changed to move the rockers for the top three ranks to the top. Well my shirt came with the old chevrons and I expected the newer type. I contacted customer Service and they responded quickley and are working to correct this issue. This issue is not their fault, it's just my preference. Thank you Customer Service.

The quality of the product is fantastic! I purchased this for my father and he probably wears it every day, and I need to also say customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend.

The shipping and delivery were a little bit slow and the jacket was too big, but they totally replace the jacket with the correct size and I’m very happy and they kept me informed. I will use them again.
