i orderd twice how can i cancel one of the orders

I’m already not satisfied with your company.
There is no legitimate phone number to talk to a live person!
I have questions about how soon I will get my order since I have read about your poor delivery service

Ordered one of their Marine Corps anniversary hats, the lettering looked like a child did it, lettering off center the 5 looks like a 9 and the fastener clasp on the back of the hat was attached the wrong way rendering it useless like the hat itself. It's garbage. Advised customer service upon receipt here we are 6 days later still haven't heard from them. Jack Tran are you even a VET I'm betting not.

The best professional courteous company. I’ve dealt with others who are not as professional n product friendly. Their customer service is excellent n products phenomenal. Will recommend n use them over n over. So happy I found this site. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Got two great products from this firm. My Army Veterans polo, and a custom made Purple Heart ball cap. Both excellent workmanship. Love the reactions I get when I wear the shirt. With the ball cap, the responses are humbling. Thanks gearvet!

This is a follow-up review regarding an order I placed a couple of months ago. In my previous review, I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the product and the misleading advertising for an item that they ultimately couldn’t deliver. After posting that review, I received an email from the company apologizing and agreeing to send me a new hat that they promised would meet my expectations.

Unfortunately, the replacement hat was far from satisfactory. The embroidery was uneven and crooked, which left me puzzled when I examined it. Additionally, the company requested that I delete my original review before I received the new hat. I want to make it clear that I will not be deleting my old review.

Based on my experience, I will not be ordering from this company again. I encourage you to think twice before making a purchase.

I order a t-shirt and it arrived on time and the product was good quality. However I order the wrong size and reached out to customer service and they helped me fix the problem with ease and respect. Recommend thus service.

Ordered a Vietnam Veterans Of America "bomber" jacket with my name and rank added.

It showed up at my house a few days BEFORE it was scheduled to arrive.
Opened the package and was quite pleased with the overall look and feel of the new jacket. As I said to the company, in an email afterward, "NICE JOB, People!"
It was sort of a "gamble" when I placed the order, but now I'm glad that I did. The company did A-OK in my book.

I received my new Vet hat and I absolutely love everything about it!! The mechanical clamp to adjust size is so much better than velcro.
The best review is the fact that I've only had my new hat less than a day, and I've received more compliments on it than any hat I've ever had!!
And their customer service is also awesome. I had a question and received immediate attention.
From now on, Proudvet365, is the ONLY site I will order from!

I was looking at a particular hat style and this one featured dates of service, name (and nickname) and a patch from the unit I served in, rank and rank logo and an American flag. I have bought veteran's hats elsewhere, but the quality on this hat is exceptional. It has a very good adjustable band as well. But the crowning achievement: There were about 10 unit patches as options. I asked for an unusual rare one and they created it with a perfect image on the hat.

I recently purchased a Marine Corps hat. I couldn't believe I received a hat with a patch on it. The hat advertised that it is embroidered. The picture showed a well-detailed EGA with precision lettering. Instead, I received a hat with an iron-on patch coming off with the worst EGA I ever saw. Looks like a 10-year-old did the work..The hat I received was supposed to be a quality item with detailed embroidery, but it was a complete failure. I would never wear this hat. It's a total embarrassment and looks terrible. This was false advertising. I'm very disappointed. I demanded a refund! Delivery of this item took for ever.

I ordered what was advertised and received a lower grade hat and definitely not exactly what was pictured.
I reached out to them and can honestly say they did their best to make it right for me. I will mention
their Shirts are good and as described, but their hats are why my initial review was initiated.
I'll update one more time as soon as I receive my hat.

Sept 15 update: so after a few trials and errors, they made me a hat that I was happy with. I don't know if my review pushed them to do a better job, but I definitely was impressed with the quick responses to all my concerns. They do say if you're not satisfied, to contact them and they will help resolve your concerns; and that's exactly what they did for me. I was quick to review them because there's not many reviews out here. So my suggestion to you is to post your review, it may help the next guy.

I wasn't annoyed with the long wait; customer service responded to my emails and assured me that everything was okay. I was distraught that I received a hat with a patch on it. The hat advertised was 100 percent embroidered. The picture showed a well-detailed EGA with precision lettering. Instead, I received a hat with an iron-on patch coming off with the worst EGA I ever saw. Looks like a 10-year-old did the work..The hat I received was supposed to be a quality item with detailed embroidery, but it was a complete failure. I would never wear this hat as it would disrespect both the Marine Corps and me. It's a total embarrassment and looks terrible. This was false advertising. I'm very disappointed.

Correction on previous review I wrote on embroidered wrong year (1917 - 1991) the correct dates are 1971 to 1991!.
I'm correcting this review because there is no fault here and ProudVet365 is correcting the error and sending me a new product! Thank you to ProudVet365 for their Outstanding Customer Service Excellence!!!!! A Satisfied Customer!!!!!

the items that were purchased had trouble with size and wrong shirts that were sent but the company was helpful in solving the problem to get the right order sent back to us

I purchased my hat May 8, 2025 and I have not received it yet. I’ll eat the eat. I emailed them and emailed them and email them email me back saying that it’s on his way and still haven’t come here three weeks ago. y’all are not representing vets For sure. Ridiculous.
