As outlined in the contract you signed, our engagement involved managing email campaigns using your Apollo.io account. We provided consulting, domain setup, copywriting, and campaign management services to ensure effective email outreach, as detailed in the package you selected.
While we understand that you were expecting a specific number of leads, it is important to note that our services did not include any guarantee of lead generation. This was clearly stated in all of our calls (transcripts were provided to you), emails and the contract terms you agreed to. Specifically, our role was to facilitate the campaign and provide quality marketing outreach, which we did by sending over 18,000 emails, managing inboxes, and delivering weekly reports to give you insights into the campaign's performance.
Despite the lower-than-expected conversions, our team took proactive steps by creating additional accounts on tools outside of your Apollo account (in accordance with your approval), generating new contact lists, creating and hosting additional domains and mailboxes, and sending surplus volumes of emails in good faith, as you acknowledged. Ultimately, the success of a campaign can depend on various external factors beyond our control, including the market response to your product or service.
We do regret that the outcomes did not align with your expectations, but we maintain that our contractual obligations were fulfilled in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
