Thanks to Claire Lewis and whoever it was I spoke to prior to Claire for being so helpful and sending a letter to the RAC for me regarding an incident in 2020 in which they were the insurers. Very good customer service thanks Bev Sweeney xx

My car insurance is due for renewal and I received an email from Provident saying they were unable to quote for the following year. I have been with them for years so I phoned to find out why. I was told it was nothing to do with me or with my driving record they weren't renewing policies at this time. I asked why? I was told they hadn't been told why. I then asked if I had renewed 6 months ago would that mean in 6 months time I would be refused a renewal because they aren't renewing policies at the moment? Just got the same answer, they aren't renewing policies at this time. Very unhappy customer.

Hello I spoke to a lovely gentlemen called Dave today who helped me change my address, set up breakdown cover and a courtesy car. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Called Provident as I was having trouble paying my subscription online. Spoke with Lynn who was able to take my payment and talk me through the policy process without any problems. She was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. Thanks for the help Lynn.

Needed to contact Provident about our car insurance this morning. Very little hold time, always a bonus, delightful lady, Saymira, efficient and friendly. Job done quickly.

I phoned provident insurance for help with my account and I was put through to a man named Dave that was extremely helpful and very friendly, I wasn't looking forward to the process of staying on hold and sorting the issue out but he made it very quick and enjoyable.

After the website failed to allow me to review, Dave assisted and in a few minutes I had renewed my insurance

I changed my car and tired to update this information online to make the process a little quicker, and then something went wrong so I called. My call was taken by Dave who was very friendly from the start. I explained my situation to Dave and he made the whole process seamless and everything was explained very clearly and the process was done in no time. He was excellent!!! It makes a difference
