Really helpful, had no problems at all.

Kiran was very helpful and helped me sort out getting my grandmother added onto my policy.

Kiran- service on the phone was good and clear instructions, did phone a few a times and was in a queue each time, hung up on 3 times but once I was through it was straight forward, overall good experience :)

Used provident insurance company for car insurance spoke to a very polite helpful advisor called Lynn will use this company again .

I’ve just finished speaking with a lovely lady named Lynn. My daughter was playing around whilst I was on the phone so I kept asking Lynn to repeat the information. Lynn is such a credit to your company. She was so nice, lovely tone, very polite, calm and patient and I could tell she was smiling on the other side. I wish everyone was like Lynn.

Extremely poor service. No updates over a claim unless I called. I was then told they would follow up with an email which they never did. Their website states "Whether it's a claim, complaint or cancellation, one of our consultants will listen to you and do everything they can to help" which is total rubbish. Avoid this company at all costs

I reached out to Provident insurance to make a change to our car insurance policy. Lynn took me through all the required steps and her calm and friendly manner made it all a breeze. Even when we had to redo the whole process because of something I forgot to mention earlier, Lynn was absolutely cool and took me through the whole process again. She was attentive, great at listening and it was a 5-star experience all thanks to Lynn

Just changed my car on my existing renewed policy and had to phone as new car registration and model was not found as yet in the online portal nor DVLA.
I spoke to Dave, who was very helpful in the process and also granted the lower online change fees as I was not able to manage the change myself online. All done within 10 minutes and do recommend Provident Insurance as also being price competitive.

Very disappointed with the service from this company. A simple process to change my home address after moving was a nightmare. Waited on the phone for almost an hour for an advisor (as there website does not allow this service online) and having a very rude service advisor also charging an admin fee to amend my address. Will be cancelling my policy in 2 months when it expires. Having had to do the same thing with another company for my wifes car, was able to do it online free of charge. Will definitely be changing over to them.

Regarding updating a policy . Very quick easy and the responder Dave . Was very polite and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better
