Purchase laptop listed as customer return small mark in corner (Not damaged) immaculate. This certainly was not the dark mark was damaged burnt out pixels and will cost around £300 to fix. They refused to accept this was indeed damaged (confirmed by manufacturer LG), Told me to contact LG for repair under LG warranty even though deny its damaged. LG and many manufacturers as in this case will not give warranty due to 3rd party seller. Provisual must know this. This item mis-sold and no warranty which should have been stated at time. Item description not true described as immaculate , thats not possible they said it had a dark mark . Now reported to trading standards as mis-sold item. Do not use these people not correctly or truthfully advertised.

This company sells items on eBay and through their website and I have bought a large number of items from them over the years. The customer service is excellent and there is never a problem in returning any item that might be defective (Many of the items are customer returns and surplus stock) and I would highly recommend this company.
