Outstanding Service from Proximo
I had an excellent experience with Proximo, made even better by the exceptional service provided by Daniel Molinas. From start to finish, Daniel was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to my needs.
The vehicle provided – a Freedom mobility car (Silver, Diesel) with the necessary adaptations – was perfect. It was in fantastic condition, comfortable, and tailored exactly to support my requirements, making a real difference to my independence and confidence on the road.
Daniel took the time to clearly explain everything, ensuring I was fully comfortable with the adaptations and the vehicle’s features. His patience and expertise really stood out and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service. Proximo has delivered a top-quality experience, and Daniel is a real credit to the company.

Garath was very professional
Garath was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
It was good to see that someone took care in there job, making sure and even double checking that all markings on the car were recorded, prior to handover.
He also answered my questions, reference details on the vehicle.

Friendly delivery/collection staff
The delivery/collection staff at Proximo are courteous and friendly while giving a professional service. Both Kareem, who dropped off my hire car, and Neville, who collected it, were considerate of my disability and I appreciated this. Kareem was especially helpful in showing me around the car and making sure I was ok with the adaptions and making double sure I was ok with everything. He is an asset to your company.

Very helpful in finding a specialist vehicle
Proximo found us a wheelchair accessible vehicle suitable for our needs-not an easy job! They got it to us very promptly in time to go on holiday which was amazing. The office staff and delivery team were all so helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.
