Simple to use, quick support, good value
I tried a few proxy serviced. Most were annoying to set up, unsuportive support & always attempting to upsell / charge. Proxyrack the exact opposite - easy to set up, easy to use, very fast and helpful support (especially via WhatsApp), no constant and irritating upsell attempts, super quick and no questions asked on refunding a product that wasn't working out well for my needs. 100% recommend.

Their proxies aren’t bad my only issue this some packages have a limited ip pool and some are often flagged on google but other than that they’re decent

My account was suspended for no apparent reason
I asked CS proxyrack, and was advised to use a 7-day trial to try all services. I focused on using USA and Global Rotating Proxy. I ran it to open the site I was going to, just for website traffic purposes. But a few days later my account was locked, suspended, for unclear reasons. What kind of company, did not explain why my account was locked. I did not use the proxy for illegal purposes, just to provide traffic to my personal website. Well, I checked and couldn't open it, it turned out my account was suspended. "Your account has been suspended". Indeed, very bad service. I regret using this service.

been using global datacenter and private unmetered residential for a few months. been a great service. global proxies are a bit slower depending on where you request lands when rotating (as should be expected), but the IPs do indeed go everywhere. private residential has been amazing with how fast they are. haven't had any outages with either service.
overall excellent service, and i appreciate all of the detail to the UI and metrics that they provide. very easy to see when nearing/hitting thread limit, or just sanity check that my services are online and properly using the proxy when debugging issues
