Damaged product two times in a row
Two times in a row I ordered the same product an both times the packaging was damaged and the product spilled in the box. Refund was fine as a solution the first time, but the second time you need to do something more if you want to keep your customer "happy". Now I have to order the product again and wait AGAIN so my progress falls off.
