A product came open in the package

I ordered several items from this website, and one of them arrived already opened. To be clear, it didn't seem to be damaged/broken during transport; it was clearly opened by someone before reaching me, which is completely unhygienic,especially since the item was a flavoring powder—actual food meant for consumption, and not some non-edible product. To make matters worse, even trying to reach support was an absolute nightmare. There was no direct contact info to be found anywhere on their website—no email address, no phone number. The only option available was a chat widget run by an automated bot that kept automatically responding that order returns are not possible. It took me a frustratingly long time and a lot of effort to finally bypass the robot and get through to an actual human representative. When I finally managed to speak with them, they made me jump through hoops, asking for multiple photos, which I provided. Instead of simply sending a replacement for their compromised product, they offered me either store coupons or a refund. While that might sound okay, it is completely unacceptable because I didn't want a refund or coupons—I just wanted the item I actually paid for! If I were to use the refund or the coupons to order the item again, I would be forced to pay for shipping, or I would have to buy even more items just to reach their free shipping threshold. They expect the customer to pay extra for their own mistake. Unreliable practices and terrible customer service. Avoid!

Really fast delivery- the protein is lovely too nicest I’ve ever tried and it’s been a struggle to find one that I really enjoy.

So this was my first time purchasing Prozis. Honestly was more affordable than I thought it would be. I bought the protein coffee powder and creatine. I was gifted a few items which is always a plus 🫶🏽 thank you prozis for that !!!

The main thing I noticed was how well the creatine has been working for my after workout “soreness”. The flavor to the drink mixes are a plus. I will definitely be repurchasing and recommending 🙌🏽

It was my first order and one of the products was opened on delivery.
On contacting support they didn't just offer to replace it but instead to give a coupon for the product which meant another order to get what I paid for.
I am waiting to see how the new order will be, but overall it hasn't been a pleasant experience so far.

Amazing Products

My almond butter wasn't sealed properly, so it leaked during transit and everything arrived covered in almond butter.
