I ordered Nutritional Yeast, good product and price.
I ordered Nutritional Yeast. The product was a great price, the taste is a little different that I'm used to but it's a good product.
The website is very good in English and finding products were very clear. The purchasing and payment was very easy and had no problems to get my product sent out to me. The delivery with the courier was very quick considering I believe the warehouse is in Portugal where I live. Good service all around.

Dissatisfied with Broken lid on bottle
We like your products. You have a great range.
It is confusing when paying that goodies are INSTEAD of coupons. This is not made clear in my opinion.
***I would like to complain that in our recent purchase, the lid of a 1kg egg white container was broken, and sticky liquid was on the outside of that bottle, which was egg white leaking out. We don't think we should use it now because the product could be contaminated.

Impecable service!
I'm only giving a 4 stars because lately there has been some products out of stock, and this last product the expiration date is close to the end (08/2022). I have nothing to point negative to the service, deliveries always have arrived in time and perfect condition and usually the expiration date for the products is way long.
Just a suggestion for the products descriptions, please add a more clear description for what the product is for as it would attract more consumers. The fact that you may provide a more clear answer for the "what the product is for" doesn't mean that we have to be aware that is important to have a nutritionist guidance or medical advice.
