Prozis is expensive; even with a discount, it works out pricier than other well-known brands. Their marketing relies on gullible people to whom they send free products. If someone doesn't deliver results for them, the partnership gets cancelled within six months. When you consider how they can afford to send free supplements to absolutely everyone—even those who might not actually benefit the company—it becomes clear that they source their raw materials primarily from China. You simply wouldn't give away high-quality supplements.

I’ve had a great experience with Prozis. The quality of the products is excellent, both when it comes to the food products and the clothing. Everything I’ve tried has been well made and of very good quality.

What really stands out is the incredibly fast delivery. My orders arrive much sooner than expected, which makes the whole shopping experience even better.

The website is also very easy to navigate, with a clear and user-friendly layout that makes finding products and placing an order simple and convenient.

Overall, Prozis offers great product quality, very fast delivery, and a smooth online shopping experience.

This was recommended to me as I have tried other protein powders and never liked. Tried the clear whey and it's really nice. And delivery was next day!

The only thing a would change is the product packaging of the “Clear whey + collagen” which is really too bulky and not environmentally friendly. A simple bag like other products such as “clear whey” would be much appreciated.

Fast delivery, lots of extras with the different vouchers, all of which can be applied cumulatively. Good quality products overall, and I already feel confident recommending this brand after my first order.
Product-wise, everything was good except the "Sour Cherry Gummy" Clear Whey. The taste is extremely weak and basically just tastes like "sour water". I would recommend choosing another flavour instead.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order of the Clear Whey Plus Collagen Mix.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be my first experience with Prozis has been extremely disappointing. When I opened the delivery box, I found white powder scattered throughout the entire package. After inspecting the product, I noticed that the lid was not properly sealed and the inner protective seal had already come loose, allowing the powder to leak everywhere during transit.

I have recorded a video showing the condition of the package as soon as I opened it, as well as the product itself.

As you can appreciate, I am not willing to consume a product that arrived already opened and with its safety seal compromised. This raises concerns about both your packaging quality and the handling of the parcel during delivery.

I would therefore like to request a full refund for this order. Please let me know the next steps and whether you require the photos or video evidence.

I had been looking forward to trying your products, so it is disappointing that my first experience with Prozis has been such a negative one. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I've recently started using several Prozis products, and my first impression has been really positive.

The quality is excellent, everything mixes well, and the flavors are great. The Clear Whey is light and refreshing, making it perfect after a workout. The Creatine dissolves easily without clumps, and the Collagen Peptides fit effortlessly into my daily routine.

As a coach, I only recommend products that I genuinely trust and use myself. So far, I'm very happy with the results and I'm excited to keep using them as part of my training and recovery.

I ordered a pair of shorts that looked great in the product photos. However, what I received was completely different. The fit, length and overall construction did not match the images on the website. The front seam was poorly designed and created an extremely uncomfortable and unflattering fit, making the shorts unwearable.

I contacted Prozis the day after receiving the parcel and explained that the product was not as described. Instead of properly investigating the issue, customer service repeatedly treated it as if I had simply changed my mind.

To make matters worse, they expected me to pay the return shipping costs myself. The item arrived in a plain cardboard envelope with no clear instruction to keep the packaging for returns, yet this was later used against me during the claims process.

The most disappointing part wasn’t even the shorts—it was the customer service. There was no willingness to acknowledge that the product differed from the advertised images or to take responsibility for the situation.

I expected much better from a company like Prozis. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered several items from this website, and one of them arrived already opened. To be clear, it didn't seem to be damaged/broken during transport; it was clearly opened by someone before reaching me, which is completely unhygienic,especially since the item was a flavoring powder—actual food meant for consumption, and not some non-edible product. To make matters worse, even trying to reach support was an absolute nightmare. There was no direct contact info to be found anywhere on their website—no email address, no phone number. The only option available was a chat widget run by an automated bot that kept automatically responding that order returns are not possible. It took me a frustratingly long time and a lot of effort to finally bypass the robot and get through to an actual human representative. When I finally managed to speak with them, they made me jump through hoops, asking for multiple photos, which I provided. Instead of simply sending a replacement for their compromised product, they offered me either store coupons or a refund. While that might sound okay, it is completely unacceptable because I didn't want a refund or coupons—I just wanted the item I actually paid for! If I were to use the refund or the coupons to order the item again, I would be forced to pay for shipping, or I would have to buy even more items just to reach their free shipping threshold. They expect the customer to pay extra for their own mistake. Unreliable practices and terrible customer service. Avoid!

Fast delivery, clear protein was delicious and completely dissolved. I was expecting it to be overly sweet like regular protein flavors, but this wasn't making it delicious.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered protein and creatine from Prozis, but when FedEx attempted delivery I was at work and, unlike a concierge building, I had no way to receive it. What followed was an exhausting back-and-forth where Prozis told me to contact FedEx, and FedEx told me to contact Prozis. Eventually FedEx confirmed that Prozis had instructed them to return the parcel to sender. When I then asked for redelivery or a refund, Prozis refused to do either. As the merchant, Prozis is responsible for getting the goods to the customer or refunding them if they choose not to fulfil the order properly. Passing the blame to the courier and refusing to resolve the issue is unacceptable and, in my view, a clear breach of consumer rights. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I am very impressed with your products and their strong effect on results, especially with athletes, because I work as a personal trainer and fitness coach. I noticed clear improvements in performance, recovery, and overall results after using your supplements. The quality is excellent, and I truly appreciate your effective products and good service.

To begin with i just loved how quickly my order came, all wrapped pretty with lots of positivity the packaging immediately put a smile on my face. I have some big surgeries coming up soon and wanted to ensure I have a quality, tasty protein to keep my recovery in check. I was so in love with the red berry clear protein from the first sip, so easy to mix and drink I nearly wanted to make another straight away. Delicious! I am absolutely obsessed with my products from Prozis! I got the chocolate whey, protein powder, pineapple, clear, protein, and the protein cookies and they are all absolutely delicious! I’m very picky about my protein powder and both flavors taste amazing. They are not chalky at all, and it has a really good texture! They also don’t bother my stomach like a lot of other protein powders too! The cookies are really good and a really great sweet treat that is healthier and packed with protein! I can’t wait to try everything else that they have!!

Their clear proteins are the absolute worst. The watermelon tastes nothing like watermelon and gives you the most disgusting chemically burps for 2 days afterwards. The mango tastes nothing like mango and is thick and foamy as hell. Oath and my protein taste worlds better than this garbage. I don't understand how anyone gives it positive reviews. I bought seven bags because it was a great price, and now I'm completely pissed that I have to use this garbage cuz it tastes so terrible. I literally cringe while I drink this stuff.
