Fast and convenient delivery. Prozis has a large number of protein, sugar-free bars, chocolates, cookies, and jars of butter from different types of nuts. I strongly recommend the "zero break duo", this sugar-free bar is incredibly delicious. I'm looking forward to trying their other products as well.

Horrible experience
The quality is poor and the size xs is too big. The return policies are extremely unfair and unhelpful. It's absurd in 2022. Prozis customers have basically no rights. It makes it impossible to order online from Prozis since it's like playing the lottery. You don't know if the product is going to fit well or at least be like the image on the site and you can't even be sure that you're going to have a refund since they give no reassurance to the customer on the transportation other the fact that the fee is not covered. At least it should be organized by the brand like every other successful brand does. And let's not talk about the crazy policies about the package, just to make it impossible to do a return. I never heard something like this. I always buy online. And if the package gets stolen or something else happens customers have zero rights. Prozis doesn't know how to do marketing and doesn't care about customer satisfaction apparently. And originality zero. I won't reccomend it to anyone.

Zero respect for safety
I received my order with the lid and safety seal of one of the supplements not intact. I wrote to Prozis, concerned about the product safety/possibility of tampering and they were slow to reply (when they replied at all) and extremely unhelpful. I find it alarming that they expect their customers to take supplements with the safety seal broken. It's there for a reason... Highly disappointed in their safety measures and in the conduct of their customer service. Would not recommend.
