I really like the quality of the clothing and have no complaints about the apparel itself. However, my first experience as a customer was disappointing. I received a few complimentary food products with my order, and unfortunately, all three Melty bars and the Zero Protein Cookies & Cream bars were expired and tasted bad. The peanut butter and Cookies & Cream spreads were also very close to their expiration dates. I understand these items were free, and I appreciated the gesture, but receiving expired products as a first-time customer was disappointing. What made it worse was how the situation was handled when I reached out about it. Good customer service goes a long way, and I feel like this could have been handled much better. I still like the clothing, but this experience definitely affected my overall impression of the company.

Great tasting products. The Billion bars are our favorites for meal replacement when on the go. The Protein Snack Bars are the best zero sugar added protein bars! Even my kids love them.

"I had a terrible experience with Prozis. I placed an order (#PRZ/81593952) using an affiliate discount code to support a friend. The system accepted the code but failed to apply the discount at the final checkout.

I tried to cancel the order SECONDS after it was placed. Their support claims there is a cancellation button in the 'Orders' tab, but it was nowhere to be found—it’s a ghost feature. I reached out to customer service immediately via chat, and they took over 24 hours to respond. By the time they did, they used the excuse that the order was 'already processed.'

Now that the product arrived, they are refusing to take responsibility for their system’s failure or their delayed response. They prioritize shipping fast to lock in your money rather than providing actual customer service or fixing their website glitches. If you value transparency and support, stay away from Prozis. They will take your money and hide behind 'automated system' excuses."

La barrette davvero buone, unica pecca forse i grassi saturi un po’ alti ma inserite in un regime alimentare in modo non eccessivo super anche quelle! Spedizione rapida e senza intoppi! Consigliato!

I've been using their Isolate Zero Strawberry flavour for over 4 years now and will continue to order it; it's perfect for adding my high-fibre powders and vitamins to the shake. love it

Just got the peach mango clear iso whey and oh my goodness is it delish! Velvety smooth, low cal and zero sugar but still tastes amazing !! I will be getting this iso again!

I can find the tasty zero sugar / high protein products here that I couldn’t find anywhere else! Everything is great, as well as the nice gifts you might receive on occasion :)

I ordered four days ago and I already had it this morning with all my products and few gifts
Their proteins Zero are really good.

If zero stars was an option i would give them zero. If you are in the UK and have a problem with your order they will not help you and they will not refund you either. A lot more companies out there that offer much better customer service. Avoid them..

Delivery was impressively fast, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, several products didn’t meet my expectations:
Zero Caesar Dressing: The taste was unpleasant. I discarded it after just one try.
Zero Baked Cookies: They were passable, but I wouldn’t recommend them.
Whey Choco Butter: Not enjoyable in flavor.
Instant Oats: Fell short of expectations and I wouldn’t repurchase.
I had read multiple reviews and recommendations before placing my order, but despite that, I was quite disappointed with these items.

Really happy with a protein taste and quality. Also my fav are protein waffles and zero Syrah baked cookies! Amazing taste!

Good producto

Amazing products, I love the taste and the prices are quite good. Most of the products are really flavoured and it doesn't taste artificial. I recommend people this brand if they really want to start a diet but don't want to cut everything out. Their zero brownies are good for the people that start a diet but still need that little cake.

My package couldn't arrive any faster! Literally the next day! Love the Zero Whey protein powder - I add it to my yogurt. Thanks Prozis!

Delivery was swift and products are great. I ordered some zero calorie sauces and have tried all of them now, good taste (particularly considering the low/zero calorie range) and great cost benefit. Will come back and also try other items in their portfolio.

First time ordering from here and have not been disappointed. Placed order yesterday and already had my order delivered today. Purchased multiple zero syrups and are very pleased with the product. Will definitely order again.

The package came sooner then expected! The konjac noodles and rice are nice! Love the zero calorie karamel with my coffee. Still need to make a salad with my zero calorie ceasar sauce but i know it will be good too!
