Really love PR Underground! I have distributed many releases for clients using their platform, and the reach, visibility and Google ranking has really delivered. My clients are extremely happy, and I can't recommend PR Underground enough.

I've been using PRunderground for several years. The distribution network is great and the customer service is 5 Stars. They have excellent plans that are good for you if one do one press at a time or 10 or month like I do. The platform is easy to use. What more can I say? I am a very satisfied customer.

I am disgusted with PRunderground. I arranged to use their service and then after paying $150 i was told there was a technical problem which took four days to sort out. I then arranged a refund from them and nearly ten days still waiting for that refund.

They sent me an email wanting to charge me more than the agreed price which was shocking. Not a trustworthy service.

They are quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to refund you.

There are much better and more trustworthy services out there

PRunderground is one of the most trustworthy press release distribution services around. I use them almost exclusively. Also their customer service is great, they are very responsive. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in our experience with PR Underground.

After reading all the positive reviews in other sites, which we are now questioning, we created account with them, wrote release as per guidelines, paid our fee, and scheduled our release.

PROBLEM:
They put the charge thru our credit card but never sent out our release, and no one ever contacted us via email, text, or voicemail to tell us there was any type of problem.

Morning of the release after learning that the release was still showing "Pending", we tried contacting them via
email,
chat,
phone, and even Twitter
but it is over 8 hours after our release was scheduled to go out and no answer or explanation - so we had to recreate our release and go with another press release distribution group.

Our release dealt with a new free LatinX Online course and sincerely hope that the LatinX topic was not the issue, but regardless of their issue - zero customer support or decency to contact us ahead of the release time.

ADVICE:
Learn from our experience, and trust your release to a truly reliable media partner.

Just switched from a similar service and our publishing firm is very happy with how PR Underground helps our new authors get known to news and media outlets. And equally important, when I had a problem, their customer support responded promptly and intelligently... re-releasing the press notice at no charge.

We have used PRunderground for over a year and we are very pleased with their access and coverage. The staff have been extremely responsive and helpful during a number of glitches we experienced! I would highly recommend them as a platform for getting your message out.

If a company does what is says, that is expected. If a company goes beyond what is expected, that is what makes them noteworthy. In my case, I had a press release that went out two months prior and it needed a couple of corrections. I was not sure how to go about doing this since it was not only on the PRundergound site but also on the PRNewswire site. Brian explained the PRundergound corrections are easy and can be made on their site but for PRNewswire they would need to find out what the options are. The two options were to issue a correction release or just have PR Newswire make changes to their site. Since the corrections were minor we went with the second option. The total time from contacting, PRunderground to resolution, was less than a day!
